Caring Hands Caregivers did a fantastic job in supporting my mother through her long journey with Alzheimer’s. My mother had many challenging needs and they worked very closely with me to match her with some of the best caregivers I could ever hope to find. They were able to find women who were not solely companions, but those with CNA backgrounds as well. This proved to be an enormous relief to me and a gift to mom, especially as the disease progressed. I would like to thank Maria, Lisbeth, and most of all, dear Lina. Lina gave my mother expert care, full-time 5 days a week for years, all the way to the end of mom’s journey. Lina consistently went over and above to keep mom safe, healthy and happy. She nursed mom through RSV and Covid, earning the respect of everyone in the care facility including the nurses and CNAs. She flagged me many times when she spotted a change in health. Lina came to see mom on her day off to see mom as she was actively dying, and spoke to her gently for one hour. My sister said she saw my mother’s face visibly relax while Lina told her she could let go. In the end, my mother loved Lina dearly, and I could never thank her enough for all she gave her and my family.

We had outstanding personalized service. The Care Coordinator Sandra went above and beyond to make sure we had the right fit care attendants, with excellent communication. The care attendants were kind and knowledgeable. I felt t ease with them on the job and felt safe about the care they provided to my fragile Dad. I can’t thank them enough they saved us.

Caring Hands agency provided excellent caregivers. They were responsible, knowledgeable, kind, and really caring. Many of the caregivers have been with the agency for several years, which I think speaks highly for how the agency treats its caregivers.

The caregivers from carying hands did such a great job for my father. During his illness, they became more then family for us much more. My dad loved to see them and enjoyed their company. We loved to see them as they gave us piece of mind knowing he was professionally cared for. The administrative staff did a wonderful job pairing the right people for our family. The ladies were so kind and were there with our family through my father‘s last moments.
