Oh my goodness when I applied here at Caring Hands I would have never imagined this would be the absolute best ever!!! I met with Kathy and Tena when I was hired great people! Then I was in contact with theeeee MOST AMAZING HUMAN EVER Sandra! Sandra really cares about the clients and caregivers. She communicates about everything, is attentive, updates as needed. We were extremely aprehensive at the thought of bringing someone in the home to care for our mom during the day...nervous about a stranger in our home and what they may do to our mom. All I can say is that it has been a God-send to have had Jocelyn assigned to our mom. She has truly become part of our family and part of the village in helping us communicate with nursing staff and in some of our decision making processes. She is kind and loving toward our mom, always looking out for what is best in her care. She keeps her exercised both physically and mentally. I don't know what we would have done without her in our lives.
