Had a few leaks on our roof contacted this company, and they did a great job on communication and, so far, the repair. We had the repair at the end of the rain season, so we will see if all the repairs fix the problem. They were on time and made the process less stressful. My metal roof is beautiful. All the neighbors asked for Marcos’ contact info after seeing how it came out. I love the color, the raised seams, and the gentle sound it makes in the rain. Working with Marcos was really easy and smooth. He communicates well. He always let me know what to expect. And he’s all around a nice guy who is easy to work with. I never felt like I was project managing the work, he handled everything. When gutter materials weren’t available due to the pandemic, he made them himself! And they look great. Legend Roofing did an excellent job on replacing my tile roof with an asphalt shingle roof. We specifically chose the GAF Grand Sequoia RS Forest Brown color. We had Marcos out initially to inspect the roof as we had damage from the rains in early 2023. Marcos gave us a detailed report with pictures of the damage. After discussing the different options with Marcos, we decided to replace the entire roofing system. I purposely waiting until the rainy season was over to write this review. We had our roof replaced in early December 2023. Marcos and crew rearranged their schedule to accommodate the best weather window for our job starting earlier than expected, which was welcomed. The crew was on time every day and cleaned up before going home. The crew had to replace parts of the wood due to root and some fascia boards, which they painted to match the rest of my trim. We also received new gutters across our back 40 by 16 patio cover. Do not hesitate to give Legend Roofing a call for any and all roofing needs.
