We engaged Homes to Havens to rebuild 500 square feet of our home. While the footprint was small, the project scope included a bedroom, main floor bathroom, laundry room and main entry. We were motivated by the need to improve the floor plan and modernize this part of the house. We engaged Homes to Havens Architect (Laurel Miles) to prepare floor plans, elevations and other project components. Laurels designs addressed all of our objectives and Laurel also provided many ideas that we had not considered. Homes to Havens first needed to demolish the existing structure while minimizing the impact on the rest of our home. The structure was then rebuilt to be consistent with an earlier renovation 12 years earlier. The project took 5 months (about 50 days longer than initial forecasts) from project commencement. We have now moved back into the renovated area and are delighted with the final product. Homes to Havens has a very high standard of final product and it really shows. In addition the Homes to Haven staff are exceptionally professional and straight forward to deal with. The staff was responsive to all things we brought to their attention during the project. Without hesitation, we recommend that you consider Homes to Haven in the South Delta area if you are contemplating a home renovation.

I have been working with Rob for over 10 years, and I can say without a shadow of a doubt, he is one of the most hands on experienced contractors I have worked with, not to mention that every trade he hires that I have worked beside is of the highest quality. We hired Homes to Havens Construction Inc and their team in April 2022 to complete a large renovation of 2 upstairs bathrooms, and the main floor, comprising the living room, kitchen and nook. The work was extensive, beginning with demolition and stripping back the rooms to studs. We moved a large door and window in the kitchen, and replaced windows on 2 sides of the house. New exterior siding covered the back of the house, and new casings were installed around the windows and doors. All poly B plumbing in the house was replaced, and the kitchen plumbing was reconfigured. New electrical was installed throughout the main floor and in the 2 upstairs bathrooms. The kitchen layout was completely changed, thereby tripling its size and allowing for a large kitchen island to be installed. Finishing included new light fixtures and crown molding.Rob and his team worked diligently throughout the entire process, from the initial planning and budget stages, and throughout construction. As the project was nearing completion, Rob took the extra time to ensure any loose ends were dealt with and everything was completed to our satisfaction. Rob was available to discuss any concerns we had, was receptive to any changes we wanted during the construction phase and facilitated them.Every trade that was involved with the project was very professional. The trades arrived to the job site on time and as expected. Everyone was approachable and friendly. The work was completed to a very high standard and in a timely manner. Rob was highly organized in that as one trade was finishing the next was scheduled to start immediately. Throughout the entire project there were no large delays and the work was continuous during the 6 month project. The workmanship was meticulous.My family is beyond thrilled with the final product. Our new spaces are highly functional for our large family, the finishes are exceptional, and the end result is beautiful.We would highly recommend Rob and Homes to Havens Construction Inc for your next project, and would not hesitate to hire them again for any of our renovation needs.

We would recommend Rob and his team for any home improvement project you may have. We have employed Homes to Haven twice in as many years. The first project was a basement suite which was a little more complex then most given it was below grade on a septic system with no existing plumbing. The second was a main floor renovation including the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. Both projects went smoothly and resulted in beautiful end products. We were always impressed with the professionalism of Rob Toth and all those he brought in to assist with the projects. We think the most stand-out quality of Rob Toth is his ability to quickly adapt to our changing wishes as the renovations progressed and his ability to always provide educated and honest feedback on our ideas. Rob was fantastic to work with. He has experience and knowledge, he has good relationships with the trades, and most importantly he is a good communicator and he knows his stuff. I knew our project was in good hands. But the biggest thing was trust – I knew if I asked him a question, I’d get an honest and knowledgeable answer, and he’d get it done. Our renovation is beautiful.
