They went the extra mile and came back out for free to touch up a few areas of my couch, where some stains have been lifted to the surface after the initial cleaning. Unprofessional and Unethical Billing Practices I hired Elite Restoration for water damage restoration and was very disappointed with their services. In addition to unethical billing practices, included charges for services that were not completed and refused to provide any documentation to support charges, there were several other issues: Unsanitary Conditions: One of the workers carried a spit cup around my house, creating a unsanitary environment. Safety Hazards: Nails were left sticking out from walls, resulting in torn clothing and injuries. The trim and baseboards in my bedroom floor were also left with exposed nails. Lack of Communication: The day they completed services, they left without informing me. I had to track them down to find out if they were finished. Inaccurate Previous Reviews: Previous reviews only mention carpet cleaning and names of workers I never met and I question their validity. Significant Price Increases: Elite increased prices significantly without providing clear explanations or documentation after each time I sent feedback on the invoice. I would not recommend Elite Restoration due to their unprofessional behavior, safety hazards, lack of communication, and unethical billing practices. This experience added significant stress to an already difficult time and the time I spent way more time combing through the many revisions of inflated invoices. Jaxson used the words in his email that "he didn't have time for the back and forth." Highlighting his lack of care for his customer. Elite also wanted to do more work than a mitigation company scope that would increase my invoice. This was frustrating as they didn't do the "standard" work they should have. Elite Carpet Care & Restoration, LLC exceeded all my expectations! They professionally cleaned all of our floors and even took care of a mold issue in the crawl space under the house. Despite our tight window before closing, they got everything done on time without a hitch. When I had a small issue, their customer service was immediate and their willingness to remedy it was top-notch! I will always recommend them without hesitation.
