HomeChoice Home Care Solutions has taken such good care of my mother. I live CT and it has been really hard to manage her care because she has dementia. Mary, her caregiver, truly treats her like family. My mother loves her. After researching several agencies in Raleigh, we're so glad we chose HomeChoice. I would highly recommend them. They have given my family peace of mind during a difficult time.

Home Choice has been a great help to my mom with my dad in poor health. They have a great caregiver come in for four hours on weekdays and she has been a tremendous help. Sarah has also been incredibly helpful in addition by taking care of some paperwork and logistics with my dad's long-term care policy. They have made a big difference for my parents and made it easy on me as well! I would definitely recommend their care.

Great team. They are responsive, kind and attentive. They go above and beyond. Their aids are informed and take the time to know the clients. They care for a 77 year old in our family, and since we engaged with HomeChoice, she is clearer, happier and enjoying her life again.

The agency could improve on knowing the patient and their needs before they send a caregiver who is freshly new to this line of work. They are doing what the doctor said and providing us the 24/7 care. I would appreciate it if they did not send out caregivers who are new to providing care to the elderly. They could make this process easier on her if they could send us a consistent caregiver so that the client knows who they will be getting and the caregiver will know the client.

I like that they're very responsive to us when we have made changes in the past. Everything we have asked from them meets our expectations.

They're very honest. They explained clearly what they can do. They've demonstrated that they really care and aren't out to just make money. The person they sent was very kind and very productive. There's no limit to what she can do. They helped me when I was unable to be home. I try to plan my schedule so when I'm not there I know she's in good hands.

I like the one young lady who was really good. She had a grandfather who had a similar condition, and that was helpful. The caregiver was very friendly towards my parents.

Their caregivers are very thoughtful and caring. They take care of both of my parents, and my parents have benefited from the services.

During a very difficult season for our family, HomeChoice was a lifeline. The care giver they provided became a part of our family and went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure needs were met. The office team was responsive and compassionate. Highly recommend!

We at Preferred Living Solutions love to refer our clients to HomeChoice Home Care Solutions. Their office staff and caregivers provide top-notch quality services every time. We also love that they are not a franchise, but a locally owned independent company with many years of experience. We can't say enough great things about the care they have provided our mutual clients over the years.

HomeChoice Home Care Solutions was just an answer to prayer for our family. While we only were privileged to use their services for a few short weeks, they met every need we had. Their caregivers were professional, and they genuinely seemed to care for our mom. We had a very bad icy snow during this timeframe when my mom needed care. Their caregivers stayed the night so we didn’t have to worry about mom not having the care she needed. I’ll be forever grateful for this wonderful home care service.

HomeChoice Home Care Solutions was recommended to us by someone who's opinion we felt we could trust and we have not been disappointed. We have overnight caregivers and have been so pleased. The rotating team that has now been assembled works so well with our loved one. Would not hesitate to recommend using their services.
