My mother had HomeChoice Home Care Solutions providing essential care at home for 5 years. During this whole time they may have only missed a couple of shifts which is remarkable considering we had 2 shifts a day 7 days a week. Brian and Shannon were always reachable and easy to communicate with from changing schedules all the way to billing questions. Jazz Farr was assigned as a regular caregiver and provided excellent care all the way to the end of her life. Our family will forever be grateful to her steady presence. I was referred to HomeChoice by staff members from the rehab facility where my husband was a patient. When I contacted them, I was very encouraged by the honest and thorough interview I had with the owner. When my husband came home with a terminal illness, HomeChoice aides were a constant support for him, which gave me support as well. They were professional, and caring and formed wonderful relationships with him. One of his regulars was with him when he passed. When I had a fall and injured my back, I needed HomeChoice for myself. We have used HomeChoice for in-home caregiver services for my family member diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. Figuring out how to care for him properly at home was a huge learning curve and a very stressful transition time for our family. The relief we felt once caregivers began coming daily to help us was immense. We really appreciated that HomeChoice staff took the time to match us with caregivers who worked well for our situation, and we were always able to provide feedback about our needs and adjust our schedule if needed. Caregiving for a family member can be overwhelming. Life changes are stressful. HomeChoice caregivers assist our family member with daily living activities like showering, toileting, dressing, eating, transferring safely from chair to bed, and picking up prescriptions and other supplies, among others. We have learned so much from the caregivers and staff and are grateful that they shared their expertise, wisdom, strength, and kindness with us as we navigate this path. I have been very happy with my experience with HomeChoice. Every step from my initial contact has been easy, well explained and mindful. My parents were semi open to having help around the home but were worried about bringing in strangers. They were pleased with their initial meet and greet, the level of communication and clarity, and most especially happy with their care provider. Most important to me was giving my parents choices and allowing their voices heard. They weren't ready to give up their home and independence just yet and HomeChoice has provided a solution to help my parents continue living in their own environment.

Had a wonderful experience with HomeChoice under not so wonderful circumstances. We were in need of an extra hand while my uncle was in hospice and found HomeChoice to travel an hour to send someone to Henderson to be with my family so the primary caregivers could get some rest. DanaLashay was a true blessing to us in this time and I can’t say enough great things about her heartfelt care and words. We also had wonderful assistance the day prior from a nurse and an aid that came out to the home to get a lay of the land and provide us primary caregivers with some downtime to take care of essentials. They were truly a blessing to our family. Working with HomeChoice was essential in this transition period for our family and we are so grateful to have found them to travel out to us and the care. The owner called several times to check in with our family too. Everyone was so kind to us and prompt.
