Great team. They are responsive, kind and attentive. They go above and beyond. Their aids are informed and take the time to know the clients. They care for a 77 year old in our family, and since we engaged with HomeChoice, she is clearer, happier and enjoying her life again.

The agency could improve on knowing the patient and their needs before they send a caregiver who is freshly new to this line of work. They are doing what the doctor said and providing us the 24/7 care. I would appreciate it if they did not send out caregivers who are new to providing care to the elderly. They could make this process easier on her if they could send us a consistent caregiver so that the client knows who they will be getting and the caregiver will know the client.

They're very honest. They explained clearly what they can do. They've demonstrated that they really care and aren't out to just make money. The person they sent was very kind and very productive. There's no limit to what she can do. They helped me when I was unable to be home. I try to plan my schedule so when I'm not there I know she's in good hands.

HomeChoice Home Care Solutions was just an answer to prayer for our family. While we only were privileged to use their services for a few short weeks, they met every need we had. Their caregivers were professional, and they genuinely seemed to care for our mom. We had a very bad icy snow during this timeframe when my mom needed care. Their caregivers stayed the night so we didn’t have to worry about mom not having the care she needed. I’ll be forever grateful for this wonderful home care service.

HomeChoice Home Care was truly amazing. From the owners (Brian and Jennifer) down. The office management and scheduling staff were so accommodating and helpful, especially when our situation with my grandmother became increasingly complicated as her health declined. Any concerns we had, they listened to AND responded to which is truly hard to find. The caregivers showed so much compassion towards, not only my grandmother, but to us as the family as well. The nurse, Sharon…. Truly amazing and always accessible, as was everyone else. Our only regret is that we didn’t know about them in the beginning before trying several other agencies and having awful experiences. Unfortunately, we lost my grandmother and in addition to grieving her loss, we also felt like we lost extended family when our services with HomeChoice ended. But even after our loss, they continue to check in occasionally and it means the world to us when we hear from one of them. 5 stars truly aren’t enough. If I could give them 10, I would!

My mother had HomeChoice Home Care Solutions providing essential care at home for 5 years. During this whole time they may have only missed a couple of shifts which is remarkable considering we had 2 shifts a day 7 days a week. Brian and Shannon were always reachable and easy to communicate with from changing schedules all the way to billing questions. Jazz Farr was assigned as a regular caregiver and provided excellent care all the way to the end of her life. Our family will forever be grateful to her steady presence. Kamia Baker, Kasandra, Jannia and several others all made that special connection that enriched mom's life. Thank you Clark Thomas
