We also had wonderful assistance the day prior from a nurse and an aid that came out to the home to get a lay of the land and provide us primary caregivers with some downtime to take care of essentials. They were truly a blessing to our family. Working with HomeChoice was essential in this transition period for our family and we are so grateful to have found them to travel out to us and the care. The staff and caregivers at HomeChoice were great. You can tell that they really care about their clients(patients) and their families. My Mom was well taken care of, and any time I had questions or concerns they were quick to listen and respond. If I needed to change a day or time they did it without any issues. They were good about notifying you if a caregiver had to cancel and would find a replacement. We used them for (3) 4 hour periods weekly and our times varied so we did see lot of different caregivers. I was surprised that it did work out well. Fortunately there were a few that we saw several times and that also was nice to see a familiar face. It was an overall great experience. Less
