Mr. Jackson and his crew are very hard working people. They asked questions before they touched a section of my yard that they were not sure of. Over priced and they only want to work with bigger projects or subscription members it seems like. Took over a month for them to even set up a schedule for me to get aeration done. They are charging over 300$, which I found other local lawn cares quotes for half the price since it took so long. Overall I can't really give a good review on how they do their work.

I cannot emphasize how happy I have been with JYC on my landscaping needs. I originally reached out to them regarding some basic landscaping that I needed help catching up with. They were very quick on the turnaround and were big help. I was so impressed with how helpful they were that I decided to speak to them about some further projects that we had been planning on for some time. It's so happened that they had a cancellation later in the week and were able to fit me in on something in very quick turnaround and gave me a discount! I really appreciated that they were willing to give that discount proactively as a show of good faith in doing business together. The project consisted of redoing some landscaping and replanting some plants. We even got their stamped concrete edging. We both love it! It's really unique versus anything else in the neighborhood and I know it's going to look great for years to come! Jackson and his team have been great from start to finish, helping my wife and I with a number of options and some sound suggestions. Not that money is everything but I also really appreciate that JYC is extremely competitive on price and more so that they're billing is very clear and easy to understand giving me a lot of options to take or leave to fit my budget. On top of that we had several personal touches they did that really set them apart. As part of a late summer deal that the nursery gave them for the shrubs they in turn past that additional shrub on to us for free which filled out the front nicely. They had extra seed so we had a bare spot from earlier in the summer that was completely our issue to deal with that they help reseed and it already looks better. That didn't have anything to do with our project but they simply passed that extra piece on to us out of their kindness. We even had a small chip in the concrete stamping the day after and they came out and replaced the entire section while doubt any additional cost the very next day I was absolutely blown away! I could go on longer but as a whole JYC was excellent in their service their clarity their pricing and their follow up with me. I love how her work turned out it sets the foundation for some things we want to do early next spring and to that end we will actually be following up with these guys for some larger projects as we go. We hired Jackson' Yard Care to mow, trim and blow clippings at two business locations this summer. They show up as needed and do a thorough job. After the first mowing, a crew showed up to clean up from the winter snow plowing, put down new grass seed and straw, and smoothed out rough patches without being asked. Above and beyond what was expected.

Last year we agreed to disagree about the amount of snow that fell on one of the days they plowed. This year, they plowed several times, with the usual conscientious walkway clearance that we appreciate. But then, the crew never showed on January 23, when 4" of powdery snow fell. My husband shoveled the entire drive himself. They did not show the next day, either, when only about 2" fell, and my husband shoveled again. Our neighbors did not receive service on these two days, either. I objected to the charge of $119 for the snow plowing and clearance that never occurred. After I called and left a message, and then emailed, asking whether they were ok and should I arrange for another snowplow service, Chantelle called me to say that we would not be charged for January 23 as the crew never came, and that we can count on them to provide snow clearance service. And now today, I received another bill for the January 23 no-show. This is frustrating! Less

I am already planning what can be done with this yard next spring because these folks come through! Used Jackson's services. They did a really great job. They worked with me on how I wanted my lawn and even pulled my weeds. Since I have a dog they agreed to not use fertilizer as it makes my dog sick. Prices are competitive. If I ever need lawn care again they will be my first call.

Had a great experience with Jackson's. They removed a long row of old dying juniper bushes for us. Communication was great. Estimate and services were completed very promptly. The bushes were disposed of and the ground area was "finished" - all set for planting whatever goes their next. We recommend this small business. Thanks!
