We recently built our investment properties with Lynch. We did experience a few hurdles along the way as you do, however, Anthony attended to the issues promptly and gave us the assurance we needed. We are not local to the area and being our first time building, we were anxious; so being kept in the loop by Lynch by receiving regular updates and progress photos eased this stress for us. Only reason why we haven't given 5 stars is due to slight communication issues throughout, where it would appear the staff were not fully across the stage of the build. Less

While I enjoy my Lynch home, I have hesitations in recommending them to many people who’ve asked for my opinion in Mudgee.I appreciate they were one of the few builders who honoured my building contract through Covid, so I think that’s worth mentioning.But there are many key points that I still found extremely disappointing.They went through the process of asking my preferred layout of the linen press which was totally ignored.I had to ask the layout of the kitchen cabinetry. When they were able to provide a ‘sketch’ it was not understandable. And when I moved in, there was no space for a microwave. I was told I would be charged to provide a PowerPoint for a microwave. This has since been rectified, but not without resistance.The post building process was difficult. Made me wonder if it was laziness or incompetence.Most issues have been rectified which I appreciate, however painting issues which were reported early and followed up on many occasions since are yet to be fixed (initial complaint was November 2022) Less

We started talking to Lynch building group at the start of the year. We worked on a plan and proposal and they were very open to our ideas and took our visions on board. Once our DA was approved in May, they hit the ground running. My husband and I, including our neighbours were so impressed with how quick our build went up. Every week we could see progression and Tayla and Jess were always in communication throughout. They are highly professional and prompt with answering any questions. They promised we would be in by Christmas and they certainly delivered. We are so happy with our dream home and highly recommend Ant and the team!! Less
