When a company names itself "Ethical", it sets a VERY high bar. I can say from first-hand experience that they live up to that name. As much as everyone tries, construction doesn't always go as planned and problems can arise. With my installation, a problem did arise. Many companies would have immediately gone on the defensive and resisted correcting the problem. After all, fixing problems costs money. Ethical Energy did not go on the defensive or try to avoid fixing the problem. Ethical Energy rather quickly owned up to the problem and put a plan in place to correct it. They followed through and made everything right. True character surfaces when faced with adversity. When faced with adversity, Ethical Energy was completely ethical.
