Elements has been maintaining our since January of this year and has exceeded our expectations. You never have to manage their employees. They come weekly and do what needs to be done without being asked. They even cleaned out the areas like behind the garage. They hand weed the garden.The supervisors routinely walk the property to make sure everything is taken care of. When I wanted to fix some irrigation and relocate plants three supervisors arrived and wrote everything down so the project went perfectly. This service is more expensive than the mow and blow services, but you get what you pay for, and I find it's worth the investment. Less
