Writing this to specifically to call out what a great experience I had with Steven as my technician. My old unit (very old) had a crack and it was dirty and had been leaking a while. I had several techs come out over the span of a week but Steven stood out. First of all, he was knowledgeable and took the time to do a thorough diagnosis. He also took the time to explain it and is an excellent communicator. I really didn’t want the expense of replacing the whole unit; whereas he could’be been a high pressure salesman about it, he was understanding. He is friendly and enthusiastic about his work. Even though they were heavily booked, I contacted them asking if they could squeeze us in sooner because we were really at our wits’ end, and they were able to get us a same-day evening appointment.Stephen and Declan called ahead with their ETA and arrived right on time that evening. They were friendly, professional, and very reassuring from the start. They quickly identified that our compressor had been turned off and handled everything efficiently, which saved us a lot of stress during a really miserable situation.Stephen and Declan went above and beyond to help us out, and we truly appreciated their quick turnaround and great customer service. We had a great experience with MileHi HVAC for our furnace/AC installation. Shaun was prompt and responsive with his communication as we were working out a difficult situation with AC and heat out in a rental property, and they gave me a very competitive price after looking at multiple contractors. The installer Angel was excellent; he worked a 13 hour day on the first day and had to come back and finish on the second day, but I could tell he cared about his work and was willing to go the extra mile to do it right. Very pleased with my experience.

Angel & Isaiah went above and beyond trying to diagnose the issue with my air conditioning. We just moved into this house and have started using the AC since it’s been unseasonably warm and noticed it was not operating correctly. They spent several hours here trying to determine what the root cause of the issue is and were very cognizant of it getting warmer in the days to come, understanding our desire to stay cool working from home. Really appreciate their dedication to our circumstances and problem solving.
