I attended the Phlebotomy training course in York on the 4th to 5th February 2023 I thought the course was really well developed.The facilitators Andrew & Allison where great, fantastic knowledge of their discipline lots of tentive support and a lot of practice balanced with theroy.

I attended this two-day course at the beginning of April, and I have not heard from this company as of September 15th. I have sent a few emails asking about the certificate, as I haven't been able to perform this at work without it. I've been told to spend additional funds on a temporary certificate, certainly not. NOT HAPPY It cost enough to attend the course in the first place, not to mention the fuel to get there and back on those days. I have no intention of paying for a temporary certificate. Absolutely not. I understand that they have no control over the situation, but I am concerned by the company's lack of communication. The course was very informative, but the procedure was excessively lengthy. Because of this, I can only award it one star; if I could award it no stars, I would.

Alison and Andrew were very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Their patience and guidance made me feel at ease throughout the course. Thanks to them I can now take blood which is highly beneficial for me and for my future career prospects, given I work with blood on a weekly basis as a junior postdoc in the field of immunology. I just recently took part in the course in Dublin. Andrew and Alison, as well as being avid professionals with a stellar knowledge of phlebotomy, are the two of the kindest and most down to earth people I have had the pleasure of meeting. Two 8+ hour days and they kept our attention from the moment we started right up until the moment we finished. It’s so much easier to learn a skill from somebody when they are as passionate about teaching it as Andrew and Alison are. They not only taught us incredibly valuable skills but helped us to fine tune those skills and improve on our confidence. I’d generally feel the pressure in a practical exam but Alison created such a calm and controlled environment that I felt more than capable of handling the situation. I walked out of the class on the second day fully confident that I had the ability and knowledge to be able to take somebody’s blood and am looking forward to demonstrating my new skills. I cannot recommend this course highly enough, it’s worth every penny and more! (An added bonus was getting to meet new people with the same desire to learn, and we had some great laughs!) Just finished a 2 day Level 3 Phlebotomy course with Alison. What an amazing course. I loved every minute of it. I’ve learned so much. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to learn Phlebotomy.

Alison is an excellent teacher as well as a dedicated professional. She not only focuses on communicating the course material effectively but also gives that bit extra from her vast experience working in the field for many years. She is patient and ensures you get the most from the course by following up with you through homework assignments. The training package that was provided was a bespoke package, equipping our staff with the skills and confidence in phlebotomy, which has been integral for the opening of our unique community service. The information was delivered in a comprehensive and clear way, with all staff coming away feeling confident and competent. We can't thank the organisation enough for the skills they have imparted on our staff members, and for their contribution in ensuring an effective opening for our service. This was an amazing learning experience, I could never see myself taking blood from someone. But after this course I have been able to with confidence. Both Alisson and Andrew are excellent at teaching both phlebotomy and canulation. Very much recommend their courses.

I booked into the London weekend training course, and could not fault Alison and Andrew on their training skills - they were incredibly patient with those who were struggling, and very supportive of all on the course. They clearly know their blood taking skills, and by Sunday afternoon they left all 8 of us feeling far more confident that when we arrived on the Saturday morning!

I attended the Phlebotomy training course with Andrew and Alison in 2020- it was a fantastic course which I really enjoyed. Andrew and Alison are brilliant teachers with lots of knowledge. Recently I asked Andrew and Alison for some advice on how to go about applying to become a Phlebotomist, they gave me lots of advice and sent me a link to a Phlebotomist role advertised with the NHS. Yesterday I was offered the position 😊 I can’t thank them enough. I would recommend Phlebotomy training services, they are 5 *
