Easy, convenient, though if using on a hot day, don't wait until evening! Once the sun hits that booth it heats up even with AC.

Put in as many tokens as you like to begin with and if you see the countdown timer getting close to a minute left, put in more as needed. You can choose between oatmeal or flea and tick shampoo, then press the button for conditioner or pet deodorizer. Afterwards, rinse. Then you can use the mini vacuum to suck off excess water before using the blow dryer. All these buttons are right there on the main panel. Leave a minute or so to rinse off the walls, tub and floor and to spray some tub disinfectant. Took my dog Maltese/shihtzu to be groomed. Lydia groomed her and cut her hair so short she barely had any hair left. I by chance was talking to a friend of buyers who had also taken her shihtzu they are and she actually had burns from how short that she had cut her. Just got back from getting both dogs nails cut. Cannot say enough good things about this store, the owners and their products. Bought each dog an elk antler and they haven't put them down since we've been home. Love the self serve baths as well, very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this place :)... More
