I get a great work out with the right amount of kick butt, and support needed to keep me going. As movement is hard for me, I do a modified version of much of the exercises. I am always the last to finish, but am never left to feel that I am not doing a great job. Coaches are great they push me to do a little better each time while watching my form and keeping me from self injury. I am so glad that I have joined. In just over a month I am seeing a stronger (slimmer) healthier version of myself emerging. THANK YOU for being there and than the coaches for the push to prevent me from wimping out. 😍
