Joe was fantastic. I needed appraisals on two of my properties - in Palm Springs and Big Bear - and was pleasantly surprised he would go to two locations not even very close to each other. I was especially impressed when we ran into an unexpected situation driving up to Big Bear. I was driving to meet him at the cabin, and we both ran into a road closure just about 10 miles from my place. There are no other alternate routes up there, which meant we both had to drive all the way back down the mountain, around to the back of it, to then take the back road up. It added around an hour and a half to the drive time but Joe went with the flow and did not seem bothered at all. Another appraiser may have canceled at that point or at least rescheduled and I would not have blamed them. In the end his rate was reasonable, his values were fair, and his service and turnaround time were outstaning. Five stars, highly highly recommend! Less
