Joe is great! He is very professional and knowledgeable. He has done a few Apprisal’s for my buyers in the high desert area. Recently he did an apprisal for my father because he is thinking about selling. Joe never disappoints he was there on time and also was able to speak Spanish with my father who dosent speak much English. Also delivered the appraisal report very fast. I highly recommend him.
