Very disappointed with the job that was done. Had some water come in so I needed the carpet cleaned. The carpet was extremely wet when they left. As it dried out I had massive stains. I’m currently redoing it with a rented machine myself and the stains are going away and it will look good when I’m finished but extra work that I was not counting on. Great service and they did a great job cleaning the carpets. Not the cheapest company on the market but the price was justified by the quality of the work that they did. We have had our carpets cleaned several times but this is the best job we have ever have done.

Richard was extremely responsive and scheduled the cleaning of our area rugs for two days after we chatted. Very prompt and thorough on cleaning day. I had one problem rug that still had an odor a few days later and Richard came and retreated it and checked back with me multiple times to ensure I was satisfied. Highly recommend this company!

I had little hope to save our carpet and little intention to. I took a shot at having them professionally cleaned just to rule that out before tearing them up and getting new carpet. After Richard was done I couldn't believe it was the same carpet! Stains I was sure would never come out were gone. It was well worth the expense. Richard was awesome to deal with and he really worked hard at it.
