Very disappointed with the job that was done. Had some water come in so I needed the carpet cleaned. The carpet was extremely wet when they left. As it dried out I had massive stains. I’m currently redoing it with a rented machine myself and the stains are going away and it will look good when I’m finished but extra work that I was not counting on. I could not be happier with the results from this company! My carpets look brand new, they were able to get out carpet stains from my two dogs that I was not able to do on my own! Highly recommended!! Also, they wore masks to provide safety to our family during this pandemic.
