Matt & I are so grateful we stumbled across a genuine guy named Toby who runs his own building business named Highwater Homes. His attention to detail was unlike anyone elses and he read through our many documents and drawings and did everything he could to deliver a smooth process for us. There are always going to be ups and downs during a build, but Toby always made sure he was across everything and fixed anything along the way that needed to be fixed. When we had our external building inspection we were told its one of the best quality builds they have ever inspected!. Everyday we feel lucky when we look at our home because we know its the best quality and we recommend Highwater Homes 100%. My wife and I had been preparing to build our dream custom home for a few years. We originally met with a number of builders but from the first day we met Toby were very impressed with his integrity and communication. We have been in the Camden area for some time and have often met people who have built or work with Toby with overwhelming positive feedback. He showed us a house they had made for clients (not display) and his workmanship is impeccable. For our forever home we wanted to make sure we had a smooth process with a quality product. Both Toby and Elizabeth did not disappoint. They were accomodating the whole process and guided us through each step keeping us up to date. No query was too difficult and their calm and organised demeanour and work manner is reassuring, taking away a lot of the stress of building. Our completed house is beyond what we could have hoped for and absolutely stunning. It really is a home to love and has been built with care.

During our initial discussion, Toby’s considered manner and ‘can do’ attitude in discussing with me various requirements for a desired custom home I had sketched, was not only reassuring but aligned with a recommendation of high quality work by his company that was offered to me by an architectural designer with experience in the Macarthur area.My expectations for a great building experience were comprehensively over-delivered. In particular, I was extremely satisfied with the integration of my design requirements – and numerous suggested improvements - into the build.
