Tim, Keith, and Taylor have provided great, helpful, and effective feedback that led to immediate differences in multiple workouts. They are all so friendly, welcoming, and kind, and bring competitiveness, a welcoming atmosphere, and helpful perspectives together quite well with people like Jimmy, Christian, Becky, and others. SOLID gym! 🙌🏼🔥 This is the second time I've done drop ins while visiting family in the area and I've always felt welcomed-- everyone we met was so friendly!This time my husband and I went two days in a row and loved it -- we drove 30 mins each way and it was totally worth it. Tim is a great coach - down to earth, knowledgeable, and programs some killer workouts. Would definitely be more frequent members if we lived closer.If you're on the fence.. go for it, you won't regret it💪🏼

My experience here has been amazing. My usual experience with CrossFit has been less than welcoming. At this location, not only have I felt welcome, I’ve felt seen and cared form, which may sound weird for a gym. I’m encouraged to do my best. With that, I’ve found motivation to do what I can and test my own limits.

CrossFit Elite is awesome. Everyone there is so welcoming and supportive. The coaches bring an energy that you can’t find at a traditional gym. We love being a part of the CrossFit 301 Elite family! Last year I was looking for something different to help me stay consistent with my health and fitness goals. When I started at CrossFit301, Tim was super encouraging and helpful especially with being a beginner. The members are so nice and have really helped me stay on track. This is the first time I've enjoyed getting up and going to the gym everyday. It's been exactly what I needed. My boys even come to do workouts with me. I’ve been a member at CrossFit 301 for about two years now, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! This isn’t your regular gym where you just pop in with headphones and figure things out on your own CrossFit is something different. The community here is a huge part of what makes it special. You’re never left feeling awkward or unsure of what to do because the coaches are always there to help, whether it’s perfecting your form or pushing you to reach your goals. That’s what sets this gym apart. It’s all about the support and connection with others.Each coach brings their own unique personality, so every class is fun and full of laughs. I even teach them a bit of Spanish sometimes Haha. Keith, the co-owner, is super cool and has a knack for motivating you during tough workouts!The gym is always clean, and it’s clear that Tim, the owner, puts in the effort to create a welcoming and supportive environment, he goes above and beyond to ensure everything is running smoothly! . I’m so lucky to call this my home gym.
