I have been enjoying my experience at CrossFit 301 Elite since day one. All the coaches are excellent, knowledgeable and kind. This has been one of the best decisions I've made. The support, encouragement and sense of community means a lot to me. Thank you for such a great opportunity.

Best gym in the world! Anyone wanting to try CrossFit come give it a try.

I started at CrossFit 301 in 2017 as a teenager with zero experience and have been going since. I recommend this gym to anyone that is looking for a great fitness journey and fantastic gym community!

I was tired of going to the "gym", not knowing what I was doing, wasting my time and yo-yoing with my weight. Crossfit embraces functional movement with high intervals and weight training....which surprise...works! Sure, I'll join your cult! Tim and the staff at CrossFit 301 Elite have cultivated a culture of positive encouragement for people of all fitness levels. Excellent coaching and friendly gym members keep me motivated to keep pushing through the most grueling WODs. Scaling is encouraged and never shamed. The focus is always on teaching proper form. This place is just what I was looking for.

I am not from this area, but I have family that live nearby. I love dropping into workouts here when I'm visiting. Even though I'm not a regular member I always feel welcome, supported, and get a great workout!

Amazing community! I joined in the beginning of 2017 and haven’t looked back!! Lost weight, gained muscle and most importantly have created relationships with like minded people that I cherish. Coaches are fabulous- they will work with every level of ability to make sure your workouts are successful. CrossFit 301 Elite transformed me - I will never go back to a regular gym environment!!

This is the greatest gym (box) on the planet! Tim Kellinger (owner) is the best and most supportive coach I’ve ever had! I’m 75 and he keeps his eye on me all the time! He is personally working with me to regain the strength I lost when I had my hip replaced! I would highly recommend this gym to anybody that want to gain strength, mobility and protect their ability to live life to the fullest!

Love this gym! Ive been there almost a year and I highly recommend it! I was nervous my first week but its not like other gyms where you feel like people are watching and judging you. I love how the coaches work with where you are at in your fitness level.

Dropped in for 2 weeks while I was on leave and was extremely satisfied. Tim and Jenn were great coaches and the workouts tested me every single day. Great box, great coaches, great group of people to work out with. Highly recommend to anyone near Hagerstown to check them out!

Great atmosphere, coaching and workouts. Been to a few boxes and this one is pretty stellar. I've gotten stronger and faster in the short time I've been a member here than anywhere else. The programming is targeted toward making members better athletes-and it's fun!

Brilliant coaching. Took time to consider this beginner/first timers ability and was willing to present options. But allowed me to continue with group based on my confidence level. I was able to keep up with rest of group and all made me feel welcomed. I loved the experience.
