I visited Hangry Joe’s Hot Chicken & Wings in Rockford and had a little hiccup with the app when trying to use the BOGO sando deal. I ended up paying full price, but when I came back the next day, Sunshine went above and beyond to make things right. and her kindness really stood out.The food itself was fantastic — the sandos were absolutely delicious. The “Hot” spice level was very spicy, but in the best way: bold, flavorful, and addictive. The waffle fries were the perfect side.Big thanks to Sunshine for her excellent customer service and for turning the situation around. We left happy and satisfied, and I’ll definitely be back for more!

Not being bias, but the place is lit. The people who work there are so happy and the food is busting. I recommend you go in person instead of ordering online cause you can't be trusting anybody these days but also because the environment is welcoming. I recommend the milkshakes, they're quite delectable and rich in flavor.

Just ordered delivery and when my food arrived it was hot like it just came up and you know with delivery you never know so that made me happy and the chicken wings were flavorful and juicy and the waffle fries are the best in town. Happy customer over here 🙂
