I ordered a Mega Sando, medium level, with fries. I was concerned it was going to be way too much food, but honestly what was served to me didn't really look like all of the exaggerated, overflowing chicken-off-the-bun photos as shown on the menu. I guess I really don't have too much to be upset about that a $16 chicken sandwich and fries merely satisfied my hanger, but didn't make me physically uncomfortable. It just didn't match the hype from the photos. I'll change this review to a 5-star if the next sandwich I order comes out looking how they show it. But the flavor of this chicken sandwich is OUTSTANDING. I honestly think this is the best chicken sandwich in Rockford right now. I like spicy food. The medium was about 3/10 heat to me. I wish I had ordered the hot. I was just playing it safe since the Angry-Hot level apparently requires a waiver to be signed. UPDATED: I ordered another Mega Sando and it came out as expected from the photo. I've updated my review to 5-Stars! I ordered the new sandwich Hot which was 8/10 hot compared to the 3/10 medium. It's a perfect level of heat if you like feeling your face glow for a bit after you're done eating. It still takes 15+ minutes to get your food, but this is a great chicken sandwich. Less

I liked the chicken. I tried the chicken and waffles while my wife and the smaller chicken sandwich. Spice is higher than other places. A medium here is like a hot elsewhere. Not really busy and the wait time was much better than other places. Less

One of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. I got the spiciest sandwich. I easily took the heat but I have a high tolerance for heat. The coleslaw and pickle in the sandwich made it next level. Shake was a little small considering it was an upcharge but it was a great oreo shake too. Less

I had the food door dashed, so it wasn’t even hot but it was still very good. Filling, well seasoned fries went nicely with the sweetness of the sauce, thick creamy Mac that tasted like Popeyes but better, and the spicy moist chicken sandwich which had some bearable Heat but was well seasoned and paired nicely with the thin slaw and pickles. All in all it was a great experience. Less
