Dr. Farajian did such a great job straightening out my hammertoe! It was bothering me so much before coming in, now I feel a lot of relief. Having gone through eight surgical procedures myself, I can say with confidence that this has been the most unprofessional and inconvenient experience with a doctor I have ever gone through. Suffice it to say, it's fortunate that it happened prior to surgery and not after, as who knows what other corners she is accustomed to cutting. If contemplating being treated by this doctor, make sure and not be mislead by the "unusually" high number of only good reviews, and do your own research on whether you want to put your health in her hands. Post review comment: As was expected from reading Dr. Farajian’s patronizing and deflective responses to her past negative reviewers, she has done so with mine. I would encourage anyone contemplating putting your trust in this “professional” to start by reading her negative reviews where the truth lies on her practice. As you can clearly see, she has no problem airing her laundry on her “patients”, and does so as if patient confidently and HIPAA are non existent concerns to her. The irony is that the information she refers to was disclosed with in the pre-op paperwork, but she was either too busy or too lazy to prepare for her own patient’s surgery. I have spoken to this doctor only once by telephone to try and obtain information regarding the upcoming surgery. From that conversation, this professional felt the word “irate” was the single best description, despite the conversation that never progressed past information seeking. I’m curious, with a fragile and emotional ego like that, would you want her cutting on you or your loved one? For some unsolicited reason she did offer an excuse for not knowing more about her own patient, that dealt with how busy she is and how she hasn’t taken time off from work for years. Not exactly the kind of things one wants to hear to know that a “doctor” has your best interests in mind. Soooo glad we avoided seeing this doctor before surgery and not becoming one of the post surgery reviewers. My advice? If you’re remotely thinking of seeing this “doctor” for anything, do your homework and start with the negative reviewers who seem to all have common denominators. Just wish I would have taken my own advice and done so before reaching out to this practice and gone to professional one vs. an amateur one. Less

NEW PATIENTS BEWARE!! PLEASE READ!! I'm going to try to document my horrible experience with this office. I'm doing this in the hopes to inform future new patients so that they don't get treated the same way that I did. To preface this, I'm in the healthcare industry and I know what is standard practice. Let me start at the beginning. I was seeing my original doctor. My original doctor stopped accepting my insurance a year after visiting his office. He asked me to find another doctor that would take my insurance due to the high prices of treatment for out of pocket patients. This is standard practice to inform patients of upcoming costs or change in insurance. After some research, I called Dr. Elle's office and I came in for my first visit. During my initial visit, I explained to my predicament with my insurance in the hopes that I would be covered. They said they would help me figure it out with my insurance provider. After looking at my insurance, they informed me that their office would be able to take my insurance. The only thing I would have to pay out of pocket would be a co-pay. I paid that co-pay as asked of me and made several visits over the span of 2 months. This is standard practice for office staff to research for their patients. This way patients can make an informed financial decision on whether to continue with treatment or find another office. After my third visit, they then informed me that they never accepted my insurance and required me to pay for my three visits in full. This is a VERY high dollar amount. This was AFTER they had informed me several times that they took my insurance as I explained above. I tried to explain what had happened. After several letters back and forth, I tried to explain the front desk's failure to the doctor. They pressed on with payment requests even after that. Here's where it gets WORSE: In the initial letters they sent me, they had asked for a certain amount and after they had sent me to collections, I found out they had DOUBLED the cost of what their original letters had asked from me. I ended up paying the astronomical total because I want to put this behind me and move on. I've continued my treatment elsewhere where I'm much happier. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS. If you choose to still visit this office, don't trust the front desk and do you own research with your insurer. They will give you misleading information. But knowing what I know, I WOULD AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS. There are better offices in the area and many doctor's to visit. I sincerely hope this helps you. Less

Doctor provided my mom Physical therapy for my mom with a Home health nurse. The nurse was amazing and helped my moms foot become stronger. Doctor was amazing on solving my moms issue with her foot! I highly recommend this doctors office!

Dr. Farajian is a wonderful doctor and person. She is very caring and does not force a patient into a bunion surgery. I went to her for my possible bunion surgery but she advised me to start try wearing new comfort sole that was professionally made and took care of my pain. I might still do the surgery in near future with her.

I went to Dr. Farajian for heel pain and I’m glad I did because I can walk around pain free now. The overall experience was great and the staff was professional and caring, which you don’t find often. Try the cold laser for pain relief that worked well. My orthotics have relieved a lot of my pain and I would highly recommend this office.

Awesome doctor!!! The doctor has helped my feet and ankle pain. The orthotics for my feet pain has really helped, and the laser for my ankle pain has worked wonders. I recommend this doctor she is amazing and knows how to deal with and feet or ankle problems.

This review is long, long over due... While traveling abroad I encountered an unfortunate mysterious incident where my right foot became infected. Upon returning to the states I visited urgent care, then the hospital next to Dr. Farajian where I was misdiagnosed after a horrific botched operation and too much time sitting with a bacteria still infecting my foot. I came across Dr. Farajians office on a list of approved medical providers by my insurance and read the reviews. Dr. Elle Farajian is truly a blessing to all those who seek her compassionate care. Her knowledge and understanding for my decreased health condition lifted my spirit during such a dark time. She was able to operate on my foot and recommend me to an infectious disease specialist who perscribed the correct medication which completely eliminated the bacteria. This was all after the hospital sliced me up badly, left me sitting for way too long with an infection post-op, misdiagnosed, and prescribed multiple incorrect meds. I cannot thank Dr. Elle Farajian enough! Mere words do not give do justice in describe the gratitude I have for her practice. 💗 Less

She knew how to solve the pain of my Achilles' tendon right away.. I work as a stylist, which has me standing in one position for long periods of time in heels. I went in today to have my ingrown toenail removed the worst part as everyone knows is the numbing. Dr. Farajian is the best I felt hardly anything and the pain from my toenail is gone!!!!
