Immediately after my first class pass experience at Inspiring Fitness, I decided to join the studio, and it has become my favorite part of living in Baltimore over the past 6 months! Stacey encourages you to push yourself while creating a fun, energetic, and inviting atmosphere. She goes above and beyond for her students, catering movements to individual needs and even offering rides home after dark. Her knowledge on fitness and genuine care for students’ progress is immediately apparent, and her classes are by far the most challenging yet enjoyable ones that I’ve taken in Baltimore. I’m stronger and more confident than ever before thanks to Stacey. For anyone who has been struggling with fitness or consistency, you should try one of these classes asap. There is the perfect variety, so you can balance strength training, cardio blasts, body sculpting, and even yoga all at the same amazing place. As a retired dancer, the hot fusion pilates class on Thursday evenings hooked me, seamlessly incorporating a full body workout with barre. The other pilates instructor Kate Cook is an equally amazing instructor and person, and she teaches one of the most effective deep core workouts I’ve ever done. Allison Korycki teaches an amazing gentle yoga class on Thursdays that always leaves me feeling more flexible, relaxed, and refreshed. Stacey, the other instructors, and all the members I’ve met create such a welcoming community; the studio now feels like my second home. I couldn’t recommend it more. Walking into Inspiring Fitness and seeing Stacey’s smiling face has quickly become something I look forward to every day.
