It was my first time eating at this place and I was not impressed. I ordered lots of butter for my pancakes and the waitress brought me one scoop on my cakes I asked for more she brought another scoop 5 minutes later. She told me she had to do it like that because the owner was in the kitchen and would say why so much butter. They also sent out burned sausage patties and I had to ask for some that weren't burned. She took the burned ones back to the kitchen because they wanted to see them. SAVORY I think not. Less

When I left my stomach was full and so was my heart ❤️ Lovely staff and patrons. We were passing through on our way back to Pittsburgh and we were fortunate enough to be there when a man was celebrating his 100th birthday and the whole place sang happy birthday to him. We also witnessed a sweet couple give up their seat for an older man when the place was full. Wonderful experience all the way around…oh and the food was also great 😊 Love this place. Less

Our family was making a long trip in one day, round trip. The Hamburg area happened to be where we got hungry. Pulled off the highway to find Burger King, Subway, no thanks! Also found a closed Mexican and closed Pita place (it was Sunday). We were starving but didn't want fast food. Happened to spot this little place called Savory's and decided to give them a try. A small diner type place with nothing but amazing service and delicious food. We didn't have high expectations as we were just happy to find somewhere with real food, but we were blown away. The food came out quickly, the service was no nonsense and friendly. It was Father's Day so our Dad was wished Happy Father's Day several times. Now on to the food....... The Breakfast Bowl was so delicious that we were blown away. The description sounded yummy but the flavor was even better, you have to try it. And let's talk about that Corned Beef Hash, you have to get it; the best we've ever had. Ladies you were all so kind to us. Tell Grandma ;-) THANK YOU FOR THE FORK! Less

This is my all-time favorite diner in Hamburg region, for many reasons, some of which are: the food offerings are just plentiful! You want eggs benedict ? there are at least five to seven different kinds and they always have something on the chalkboard that's a special... Their service is quite amazing and the staff many of them are the same ones who have worked there for many years. I love going there. Also the prices are quite reasonable in this day and age. I recommend you try this place out breakfast is the best but in the weekdays they only serve it till 11:00 and then it's lunch but on the weekends breakfast is all day. Of course like any diner they are only open till 2:00 so hurry in!! Less

During our visit to the Savoy Family Restaurant, Jane, our server, made the experience truly memorable. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was enjoyable. Two of my boys ordered the Oreo pancakes, and they were a hit. Fluffy and packed with Oreo goodness, they were a delightful treat for them. Another one of my boys opted for an egg sandwich, and it looked fantastic with perfectly cooked eggs and fresh ingredients. As for my choice, I decided to try the spinach and feta omelet with chicken. While the combination sounded appealing, I found the omelet to be a bit on the dry side. Perhaps it needed a touch more moisture or a sauce to enhance the overall flavor. Despite my omelet being a bit dry, I must say that Jane's outstanding service overshadowed any minor culinary hiccups. She was attentive to our needs, ensuring our drinks were always topped up and even suggesting some menu options for our next visit. Her warmth and professionalism added to the pleasant atmosphere of the restaurant. Considering the excellent service provided by Jane and the tempting options on the menu, I look forward to returning to the Savoy Family Restaurant. Next time, I'll take Jane's recommendation and try either the egg sandwich or the Eggs Benedict for a potentially more satisfying breakfast experience. Less

Just called and asked if they had a wait time . The girl informed me there were no waits and openings. We pulled in not two minutes later and the staff had said you can wait for a spot when someone gets up. We said that we just called and they said sorry first come first serve. Then walked away. I then took and left why lie to get you into the door in a packed place dont waste someone's time and then when we get in just ignore the call i just had . I will not keep wasting time trying to see if savory staff have availability. Seems like a joke. Less

This place was a great recommendation from a friend. We met there and had breakfast. The staff was really nice and talkative if you wanted to chat. I tried the corned beef hash and the sausage gravy and biscuits. The hash had large chunks of corned beef in it with cubes potatoes and shredded potatoes. Had both with an over easy egg on top. They had enough variety that you could go daily and probably never get tired of the menu. Highly recommend to anyone that isn't sure if they want to stop in. Less

I was very unsatisfied with my Sunday morning experience. Greeted with glares and ignored while I sat at the counter, waiting to be acknowledged. As a waitress I understand the morning rush and patiently waited. A simple smile and saying I’ll be right with you would have been nice. Two ladies right in front of me at the counter discussing an open tab one says “I won’t see her for another week so she won’t remember.” Hmmm… I lost my patience when my order was incorrect was over charged. I ask for an explanation and got eyes rolled at at me. When I explained what I had ordered, I was still wrong? Unwilling to compromise, I still paid for my food and left upset. I don’t appreciate the bitter attitude from every waitress there except one who had a smile. I’m not being mean but honestly expressing my experience. I was very unhappy leaving, and will not return or recommend this place. Especially since I decided to spend my time here writing this review the next day. Less
