I am working on a major home renovation and build out and a family member suggested I look into garage flooring before equipment and furniture were moved into the garage. I made an inquiry at Garage Force, and I received a call back from Andrew the same day as I made initial contact through the company website. He was able to meet me later that day to review my garage and provide an estimate. The cost he provided was in line with other companies in this industry, which gave me confidence that he understood the requirements of the project and quoted appropriately. During the initial conversation and on site visit, Andrew was extremely informative about the process and materials he would use for the job. Rather than a rehearsed sales pitch, he was able to answer some of my questions as they arose during conversation. He is a very patient person who is willing to make sure the customer is comfortable with the work being done before they commit to scheduling his team to come out. Speaking of scheduling, Andrew offered multiple days of availability for the visit, and he and his crew arrived as promised. They even arrived slightly earlier and started moving some heavy items out of the garage before I could even arrive to assist them. This is a huge plus to me, given that many contractors related to home improvement and construction can be notoriously late or no-shows. From what I understand, Andrew takes a "quality over quantity" approach with the business and avoids overcommitting to jobs on the schedule. If you hire Garage Force, Andrew's crew will work on your project for that time and yours alone. The day you schedule is YOUR day and the crew is not scrambling between sites. This means you will receive flooring that is thoroughly installed by Andrew and his team. This includes moisture testing, crack repair, concrete prepping, and laying of the floor coating. You will not have a partially completed job with no idea of when the team will return to finish it. Your project will be done when Andrew says it will be done. Andrew's crew is also experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly. This speaks to the company's ethos of hiring, and retaining, quality employees who take pride in their work and want to represent the company with a job well done. One of Andrew's team members, Louis, was able to relate his previous experience in construction and how the Garage Force project would improve my home. He cited specific reasons and was able to point them out to me in the garage and home. Many home improvement companies do not have employees who are as engaging as Louis.
