Cosmic CrossFit is an all around great CrossFit box. The workouts are great but most importantly the community is fantastic. Everyone cheers each other on no matter the skill level. The coaches are knowledgeable so any movement can be scaled to your ability so you are safe and can build your skills properly. They also do a great job of keeping the box clean.

Cosmic CrossFit has a great facility with plenty of well-maintained equipment. It's clean and breezy which is super beneficial in the heat of the summer. They have wonderful, encouraging coaches who are always happy to help explain, give modifications and help you get to the next level.

Been doing crossfit for couple of months now at Cosmic Crossfit. I enjoy it sooo much that I decided to come at least 5x a week(from 3x). The coaches push and motivates me to do and finish my workout. I’d say this is one of the best investments I made for myself.

I enjoyed my workout at this facility. The atmosphere was very pleasant from the front desk employees to the people that were working out.

Do not give these people your contact information. We stopped by 2 YEARS AGO then shortly after moved to another city. They still reach out to me once a week 2 YEARS LATER!!! Despite me asking them to stop. Block 1 number and they will call and text you from another. I am not going to drive 2 hours daily to work out. This is nothing short of harassment at this point!

Great people and workouts

The coaches are very good, they will explain well what you need to do, give you tips on improvements and encourage you to do more. there is also a family atmosphere, intense work out and a relaxed environment. I am glad I joined.

I've been going to CF gyms for a long time. Cosmic is the place to go. Plenty of room and coaches with feedback, who will correct form during workouts! Also they have Olympic lifting classes for those who need help with the foundational movements!

3rd week since starting as Cosmic. Workouts have been super fun. Environment is full of friendly faces that have a great balance of competitiveness and fun. Cosmic Crossfit is a great place to workout and family friendly. The owners are super friendly and create a family friendly atmosphere that makes it really easy to fit and have fun while doing it. The fact that I have a kids room available at no extra cost is an enormous selling point for me. -It's fun: I actually want to go work out. Nothing is better than a guided group workout in a supportive environment. -Results: I have lost a bunch of weight (and have witnessed several people do the same), but more importantly, I have gained muscle and confidence in the gym. At home I really dont have a support group and this is what these guys are to me. It's a gym where we see each other growing theres never a judgment just acknowledgement. I played the Tuba in high school and that was the extent of my athleticism. The coaches here were patient and worked with me every single day until I got things right. They were supportive - knowing when to laugh with me and knowing when to encourage me. I thought $175 a month for unlimited classes was expensive. Wrong. It feels like I have a personal trainer every class, 5-6x a week. They correct me when I’m doing something wrong and guide me when I don’t know how much weight to use. And after making decisions all day at work, I love showing up and just following directions. $175 for unlimited personal training and childcare is a STEAL. I was intimidated, thinking I’d be surrounded by a bunch of meatheads. Wrong again. People of literally every fitness ability come here and support each other. And they’re good people too - I’ve made friends with a lot of them. I also thought I could never love my body. I’ve always had self esteem issues due to being overweight my entire life and now, well... I’m a bit more cocky. Long story short - You’re a fool to not at least give this place a shot. Less

This place is great. I completed my 1st week of the 6 weeks challenge and im already down 3lbs. The trainers are great at keeping you motivated and on track to help you meet your goal.

I wish the co-ordinator do some work outs for her head/brain. Because clearly it was way over weight!! Saw a few, going away as I was waiting shaking their head... may be same deceptive ad to get them.

Advertisement circulating on Facebook as free for 6 week trial, limited space left. I took off from work only to be asked to pay $599 as my "dangling carrot". If i complete the 6 weeks and lose 15-20 lbs, they will reimburse me. Option 2 was pay $44 weekly.

Awesome gym! Mike and Krista really know what they are doing! Place is legit from beginner all the way to expert level. Great equipment, great environment, and a good sense of comradery whether you are new or seasoned.

We competed yesterday in Granite Games and I absolute loved it there! Compared to a few other boxes and comps I’ve attended, this was the most enjoyable! I had been wanting to try CrossFit for a few years but was nervous because I felt like I wasn’t going to be strong/fast/athletic enough. Love that this box scales the workouts to you. Coaches are great, always helping me with my form and explains moves I’m not familiar with. So glad I took the jump and started working out here.

My wife had suggested we start fitting some badly needed regular exercise into our lives and I remembered a friend raving to me about Crossfit. I'd noticed a few of these places nearby so I decided to drop in and take advantage of some of the free trials that are typically offered. Cosmic Fitness was actually the second one I visited. Their class schedule and fee structure was a bit more appealing than the first one I visited, but most importantly I just got a better feeling about the environment after meeting with Mike and Krista, the co-owners. And with the full-week free trial period they offered, why not give it a try? I'm so glad I did. I won't kid you, Crossfit is TOUGH, especially for a late 40-something guy who has been getting only minimal and sporadic exercise in recent years. But, the camaraderie and the competitive, yet supportive, environment is what makes it such a unique and addictive experience. I should also add that Mike and Krista are not only very knowledgeable coaches, but very accommodating of everyone from the newbie to the hardcore athlete. There's not even a hint of elitism in this place. So if you're considering giving Crossfit a try, I would highly recommend Cosmic Fitness. If you do, commit yourself to at least two weeks (5-6 sessions) in order to give it a fair evaluation. If you can hang with it that long, chances are you'll be hooked! Less
