Dr. Bri Donnelly and her team of coaches are equally skilled at challenging experienced athletes in new ways AND showing patience and encouragement to beginners. Their ability to tailor programming to individual needs sets this gym apart from many I've been to in the past!If you’re on the fence about your New Year’s resolutions or thinking about getting back into a routine, I highly recommend stopping in for a visit. The staff at BlindSide Strength is excellent, the atmosphere is supportive, and you’ll find yourself surrounded by a great group of people. 10/10, would recommend to all. Go Birds!

I’ve been working with Dr. Bri for about 2.5 months and the progress has been tremendous! I've gone from a largely sedentary parent and desk worker full of excuses to a stronger more motivated gym attendee who looks forward to my sessions. Bri is super knowledgeable and really focuses on form and technique instead of just cranking out reps, which has helped me a ton. Couldn’t recommend her more.

Great gym all around! The group training classes keep me consistent and they serve as a great way for me to stay active through retirement. The expert coaches work together with me to scale movements so that the exercises are appropriate for my age and fitness level. So many members are supportive and keep me accountable.

I’m a total novice when it comes to this style of training, but Blind Side Strength was such a great experience! Bri made me feel supported, safe, and encouraged the whole time. The atmosphere is welcoming, and I left feeling stronger and more confident. I’m definitely looking forward to returning!

I’ve been going to Max Effort for almost 4 years and it has completely improved my life! The coaches and members truly become friends and family. It’s a great gym for any skill level! 10/10 recommend
