Huge thank you to Edwards Family Homes and their incredible team! We had an additional storey added to our home and we could not be happier. We asked a friend in the building trade to recommend a builder with integrity and a high quality of work. Carl Edwards and team was the recommendation and they fit the brief! Our second storey is of a high quality, they completed the renovation within the mentioned time frame and they stayed within our budget. There were no nasty surprises of additional funds. Every tradie and family member we met was friendly and respectful in our home and in front of our young daughters. Our neighbours even commented how positive the experience was for them and how respectful the builders and tradies were. Carl was easy to contact and nothing seemed to be too difficult or a silly question if I was unsure. They made our first experience with renovating a positive one and we cannot thank their family business enough. We heard of Edwards Family Homes through a friend. We are so pleased that we had them build our new home. We found each and every member of the team to be a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was ever a problem. Throughout the whole process they consulted with us to ensure everything met with our vision. Anthony worked with us to design a home with a smaller footprint, but spacious enough for comfort and with the right orientation to take advantage of the sun and natural light. Carl, Adam and Sam and everyone on the team were committed to ensuring the construction was of the highest standard. We have been very impressed by their attention to detail and the quality of their workmanship. They all made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the build, making it a stress free journey for us.
