If you're looking for a dedicated yoga/pilates studio, with plenty of classes throughout the days (weekdays and weekends), a wide variety of instructors, lots of different class types to suit any level of intensity or technical ability, then R1SE is the yoga studio you're looking for!I've previously been lucky to be a member of a gym with plenty of yoga specific spaces, but that changed recently (sad face). The gym offerings have been oversubscribed and nigh-on impossible to get booked into.The days when I most benefit from a yoga practice are often the ones where I'm busiest and most pressed for time, so having so many classes, types, and availability makes R1SE a game changer for me :) Less
