Brilliant morning at R1SE Kelham. A warm welcome from Jen and Chris followed by four hours of self care. 15 minutes of leg compression, followed by a gorgeous yoga flow with Doris, as a complete yoga novice I found Doris’s instructions clear and easy to follow. We then spent 75 mins with Chris on the infrared sauna with guided breath work…. So good! Invigorated and refreshed by the ice bath, we finished our experience in the light therapy room. Lovely place, been going for a few years now. The classes are awesome and there’s a lot to choose from. Really good instructors (shout out to Rosie), and the staff are always nice and welcoming. Super hyped with the new spa as well! Less

All of the workers at r1se and the owners Jen and Chris are all so chatty and welcoming, it has a very peaceful environment with no judgement. Excellent yoga/pilates teachers and sessions, each teacher delivers a different vibe to each session making it unique. They aso offer several variations of each pose/ set your doing making it available to everyone’s ability! Sauna and ice bath 💯 10/10 would definitely reccomend! Less

I had a Wellness Recover experience and it was just what I needed. Left so energised and content. Chris was great at guiding me through all the steps and connecting with other R1SE members made experience even more special. I wanted to start doing regular saunas but it needed to be convenient and this location is perfect for me. The package of 8 30 min sessions a month for £30 was also perfect, it means I can get the health benefits of regular saunas and cold plunging in a convenient and affordable way. The staff are lovely, the people I've met have been lovely too, really enjoying my experience so far! Less
