Wow , what an amazing place I booked the 4 hour wellness experience as a surprise birthday gift for my boyfriend and I cannot recommend this enough! We were guided through our experience by Chris and welcomed with a lovely special ice tea. after a brief tour we entered our red light therapy which consisted of laying on a bed of crystals under a red light therapy machine with head phones on that lead us through a breathing exercise with relaxing music this was a lovely experience we then joined a yoga class which was easy enough for us beginners and very chilled atmosphere from there we went into the beautiful sauna which has plenty of room and a really nice modern feel to it then through the body mist straight into the ice baths these are brilliant my boyfriend swears by them and there is ice you can add to you preference after that we went into the inferred sauna and did breathwork another ice bath back into the sauna and was shown how to self massage with tools you can use there’s also a snow machine you can use there to cool you whilst in the sauna we were also made some healthy smoothies which were really nice and throughout the whole experience we were guided brilliantly plenty of knowledge and really nice person with good energy, Chris you were great Thank you for having us. Brilliant morning at R1SE Kelham. A warm welcome from Jen and Chris followed by four hours of self care. 15 minutes of leg compression, followed by a gorgeous yoga flow with Doris, as a complete yoga novice I found Doris’s instructions clear and easy to follow. We then spent 75 mins with Chris on the infrared sauna with guided breath work…. So good! Invigorated and refreshed by the ice bath, we finished our experience in the light therapy room. Lovely place, been going for a few years now. The classes are awesome and there’s a lot to choose from. Really good instructors (shout out to Rosie), and the staff are always nice and welcoming. Super hyped with the new spa as well! Less

All of the workers at r1se and the owners Jen and Chris are all so chatty and welcoming, it has a very peaceful environment with no judgement. Excellent yoga/pilates teachers and sessions, each teacher delivers a different vibe to each session making it unique. They aso offer several variations of each pose/ set your doing making it available to everyone’s ability! Sauna and ice bath 💯 10/10 would definitely reccomend! Less
