We did the energise wellness experience and I could not recommend it enough. SO many incredible therapies to experience in a beautiful setting. Chris took us through a guided breathwork which was incredibly informative and his passion was infectious. All the staff were friendly and enthusiastic and the whole place was full of gorgeous energy. Left feeling lighter and refreshed! Thank you!

I recently joined R1SE to take part in health repair therapies. After a few recent stays in hospital, some deconditioning and the worsening of an inflammatory condition I am exploring red light therapy and yoga/pilates and ying classes. I love the fact R1SE focuses on this kind of recivery it’s exactly what I need right now.
