My experience was very pleasant. I was greeted kindly, immediately began registration process with a professional team member. When Cameron was available he came in to the exam room / office and chatted with me as he gathered information he needed for the evaluation. He explained the procedure and after making sure he had answered my questions and I was comfortable; he began the hands on set up and testing. It was a short but thorough process and results were available at the close of the test. Everything was very straightforward. As it turned out, the test showed that my hearing is normal and that I wouldn’t be helped by a hearing device. When I asked about why I feel like I miss parts of what people say, he offered another avenue that I might pursue with another practitioner and gave me her brochure. I appreciate the professionalism and the full service attitude that I encountered at the Eichler Hearing Center.

I had an amazing experience working with these guys. They are down to earth and explain all processes and test results thoroughly. So you fully understand where you are at with your hearing loss levels. And that you understand how your new ears work and fit. So I highly recommend giving them a call if you're hearing issues.
