I’ve had wonderful experiences with Eichler Hearing Center. Both while I lived in Webster SD and now that I live in NM. They have been able to remotely adjust my hearing aids, I couldn’t bee happier. They been so patient, kind and understanding with my lack of technological knowledge. I’m very impressed and totally satisfied with their customer service. I sent my hearing aids up for new batteries (that I that I couldn’t do) They replaced batteries, cleaned them, changed domes and the security tails (not sure of name). Returning them to me through the Christmas and New Year holidays in just over a week. I used UPS then they helped be via phone to hook back up to my television.
