I had an excellent experience with Leland at UNITS Moving and Portable Storage. He was extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. I initially requested only one storage unit, but once the moving process began, I realized that I needed another one. Leland immediately came through for me and made sure the additional unit was delivered in a timely manner. He was always available whenever I called or texted, which made an already stressful moving process much easier. I truly appreciated his reliability and outstanding customer service.Tommy, the pickup specialist, was wonderful as well. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly skilled. He carefully maneuvered the unit through some very tight spaces while remaining calm and patient throughout the entire process.Lastly, the guy in the picture was awesome too. I forgot his name. Units Moving and Portable storage was the best decision, I made.for my move. I was able to rent the unit and had it delivered to my old address weeks before my initial move, which gave me enough to pack up the trailer at my convenience. I then had them deliver the unit to my new location where I keep the unit for a few days before it was picked up and that gave enough time to unload the unit. Tommy and Leland were both very helpful. I would definitely use them again.

Leland was my CSR and he was great to work with. My drivers Davis and Emmanuel were fantastic. They use remote robots that can get the pods into tight spaces that the other PODs company could not get into and set them in a way that made loading and unloading easy. Would definitely recommend!

UNITS made the physical moving part of the move incredibly simple and straightforward. After getting a quote from a competitor that felt more like a long term committment with all kinds of upselling and a complex contract-- UNITS stepped up and did an outstanding job. I had a dedicated CSR Leland who was there every step of the way to help and make sure everything went smoothly.My delivery drivers Tommy and Alvin were super professional and friendly and helped me make last minute decisions about the best placement to make it easier to load and unload our belongings.I just scheduled my final pick up and Manuel was here a couple hours later to remove the unloaded container. Everything was exactly as described and happend exactly when they said it would. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and knew exactly who I was and all about my move.The pricing was completely transparent and I knew to the penny how much everything would cost before anything got started. There isn't a better or more cost effective way to move and the customer service is outstanding.If you are moving or just need temporary storage-- give them a call. If I ever move again UNITS will be my first call.

I can’t recommend Units enough! I reached out to several pod companies for short term storage and Units stood out for their personal touch on customer service, competitive pricing, and customizable scheduling. Their manager Leland was so communicative and helpful every step of the way and Alvin the driver was so professional as well. 5-star service: From the start, Leland was attentive and on top of things. Tommy delivered the UNIT and gave it extra attention to get it placed perfectly.I coach little league football and use these units to house our equipment close to the practice field. I used PODS last year. They were fine, but with UNITS, you're going to get Leland on the phone every time -- not someone in a call center -- and 💯, Tommy delivered the UNIT with a smile and good conversation. Leland the scheduler answered my call when I thought I had given him the wrong address we were moving the unit too and he gave me the address and there were no issues.
