I rarely write Google reviews but I had to express my gratitude and give thanks to this company! I'm writing this during the COVID-19 Pandemic so you can imagine how hard it is to handle things that would normal be considered easy task. My wife and I placed our home on the market a couple of weeks before the pandemic shut down everything. We still managed to get a buyer but we needed to move all of our stuff. Although I wanted movers, I opted for a pod considering movers may carry the virus and infect my family. I wanted the company to deliver the pod, let it sit for 4 days while we loaded it, pick up the pod for storage at a climate controlled/secure facility, and deliver the pod in a bout a months time to our new home (had to close as a seller and purchaser). I called PODS and received a quote north of $600. I considered going with them but it was hard to get them on the phone and when they finally answered their system was down. I called 1800PACKRAT and they gave me a quote of nearly $700. So I called UNITS of Atlanta and they were able to schedule me and accomplish all task, at a fraction of the cost. Their business seemed more personable and flexible. You can tell that they work hard to meet your individual needs. I would like to thank Office Manager CJ for her kindness and treating my family like her family. She showed great customer service and responded to all communications! I would also like to thank general Manager Jason. He made sure I had a newer pod dropped off, the pod still had tape on the inside. He also opened the warehouse for me to access my pod during their business hours, while in storage. This is a great business to hire! Less

I needed an emergency move, so one of the mornings, I went online and tried to get quotes from a bunch of storage unit companies. UNITS manager JASON reached out to me directly, he was professional and gave me a great deal. The UNIT was delivered the next day and picked up within a days notice of a phone call. I heard from people that the container places were very expensive and to just rent a uhaul and store my stuff while in between houses. NOT TRUE!!!! Jason Lutes with UNITS got me a great rate, he has been a blessing to us while we are in between houses! The containers are 8' x 16', sturdy, have a locking system and have mounting points inside the container. The drivers are professionals! They wheel those trucks around like it is nothing, the robot that picks up the container is awesome, keeps the load level the whole time while picking it up. If you are in the market to move from one place to another, UNITS IS your answer! Dont waste time and energy loading vehicles and unloading vehicles at a storage unit, just to have to load it and unload it AGAIN!
