Great experience. Driver contacted us before we left the UK to introduce himself and give instructions. Our flight was late arriving at MCO but our driver had been keeping an eye on our flight so that wasn’t a problem. Once we arrived we sent a message saying we had arrived and were given instructions on where our driver was parked outside. Nice driver, very friendly and helpful. On departure, no message but our driver was at our hotel early which was perfect for us as we were ready. Great service all round and would use again. Less

Excellent experience from and to Orlando airport. We were a family of 10 adults and teenagers. Very good communication with us: both before and during our stay in Orlando. Julieta answered all my questions promptly before booking our trip; and made changes quickly to original reservation. The drivers were on time and kept us updated on their arrival time both at the airport and from our hotel. Vehicles very clean and in good condition. We had 7 in our group 4 of them were kids.Skippy transportation was very prompt and professional. Our driver Eddie texted us to let us know he was waiting for us in baggage claim of Orlando airport. (We were in the process of unloading the plane at the time.) Julieta was our driver picking us at hotel to take to airport. Again very professional and prompt. Both drivers were actually early and both communicated their being enroute and arrival. Vehicle was extremely clean and maintained. Incredible 5 star service as well as first class treatment. Eddie was so friendly and helpful with our luggage and helping us navigate the airport since we hadn’t been to Orlando before. I let them know ahead of time my 3 year old daughter requires a car seat and they brought multiple options for her which was so kind and thoughtful.
