Dr. Smith is the BEST chiropractor I have been to and I have been to many chiropractors in South Dakota, Kansas and now Nebraska and hands down she is best. It is not easy for me to trust a chiropractor with my back, as my back is fused but she has handled it with care and listens to my every need. After my first couple of care session, I noticed my sinuses were giving me less problems and I was sleeping soundly each night, feeling more rested in the mornings. Dr. Leeann is amazing! My son is disabled and has a traumatic brain injury. She asked lots of questions about his accident and 20 year history. She was very honest and explained exactly what she wanted to do to help Luke. X-rays were taken where Leeann was so patient and very professional. Whenever I have had extreme back pain, even to the point of tears, they have been able to get me out of pain. Now I am on maintenance treatments to keep me out of pain.

I think a little too much paperwork that I wasn't prepared for, but it was okay. I was hoping to get more info but need to return to get my evaluation. That's the only reason for 4 stars. I was in so much pain when I first started there and I didn't trust chiropractors due to bad experiences in my past but they have gained my trust and it beats taking pain medications and being in pain all the time. They fix the root of the problem and don't just mask it. If you don't like the old style of adjustments they will use an amazing tool to gently tap your spine back into alignment. The staff and doctors at Active Life Family Chiropractic are excellent and caring. I have been a patient there for many years. I have a slight scoliosis and while it can’t be fixed without surgery, the chiropractic adjustments help me with the pain. They’re also great with teaching stretches and exercises to help strengthen your body.

The space was very clean and organized, and the doctors I saw for my initial visit, Leann and Karen, were very professional, communicated clearly, and were smiling the whole time! I was skeptical at best about going to see a Chiropractor, but after my first adjustment I could already tell a difference.
