Fantastic! I used units to move from Southern Colorado to Southern Arizona. From drop off in CO to drop off in AZ everything was great. Scheduling the drop off in AZ was super easy. My belongings were stored in Phoenix and delivered right on time when I needed them. Made it super easy to have movers on site to unload. I highly recommend this company!

I felt the price of the containers was very reasonable and the team in the Houston, TX area, where we moved from, was fantastic. They were very responsive to my questions and needs and everything went very smooth. On the destination side, Phoenix, AZ, they were also good, but I didn't interact with them as much. The one thing I liked in Houston was I got a text message when the driver was on the way and it had a tracking link. They didn't have this on the Phoenix side. But the Phoenix team was responsive when I asked for an ETA. I wouldn't take anything off for it in the review, it's more of a recommendation for UNITS locations.

When I called to book my move, I asked the person on the phone from Units if they had any recommendations, and they did and they gave me a few names of companies to call. One of those companies was Thompson Moving, where I spoke with Frank, the owner. And that recommendation from Units, was spot on, these guys did an incredible job of moving me out of my apartment. Packing an entire 2-Bedroom apartment into a “Units” container for shipment across the country. They were on time, communicative letting me know what was going on leading up to “The Big Day” and did a professional job of moving and packing all of my stuff securely into that container. I would highly recommend them. Frank and his team are top-notch and if I’m ever back in the area, these are definitely who I would call to move me into my next place.
