Jake went above and beyond his normal service he was great

Jake identified a bad heating element. I purchased the part on Amazon and Jake found a defective drum wheel when trying to replace the heating element. I ordered another part on Amazon. Jake came out a third time and got everything taken care of. My dryer is working again.

They were great! Very nice to work with. I shared my concerns about the washer with them. They explained everything they would do to try and fix the problem. They even showed me what was going wrong with the washer! I would use them again in a heartbeat! Thanks again!

Fantastic from the immediate return call to schedule to update on arrival all through text which made it super simple and the tech (Eric) was awesome super professional and informative the best $99 we ever spent on a service call ever.
