These guys are Top Notch! From the initial inspection to the final outcome I was so very pleased! Joe inspected our crawlspace. He was so knowledgeable and honest about what we needed and did not pressure us at all. He explained everything in detail. Andrew and others were quick to answer my MANY questions without hesitation. After several quotes we decided to go with Upstate Crawlspace Repair. Their cost was very reasonable compared to others for the exact same recommendations on our crawlspace. Justin arrived on the scheduled day and spoke with me about the process...the rest of the crew quickly followed and worked diligently in the rain nonstop while informing me of where they were in the process. They were respectful of our property and very professional. Michael was awesome! They even loved on my Dog which is a big plus in my eyes LOL. The work is stellar and I'm so very pleased with our new crawlspace! We had a few jacks and beams installed for support, complete encapsulation with a dehumidifier. This team helped us when no one else would. They were professional, kind, informative and knowledgeable. We had a sagging floor that had dropped at least 3”, their system has brought the floor back to near perfect. Upstate Crawlspace is the only company I will endorse for these old homes (barely a crawl space, built by the individual home owners many years ago). They didn’t bat an eye at the tight crawl space, never suggested going through the top and ruining the original hardwood floors. I called 4 other crawlspace companies and all had an issue of some sort. Upstate Crawlspace did the work, without issue, started when they said they would and finished much quicker than I thought. AND the yard looks just like before they got here. There was no trace several people had gone through the yard to the crawlspace to fix our floor. Kudos, a million times kudos. Less
