My doublewide near Salem SC had severe mildew problems and the odor was permeating up into the living area. It was able to be encapsulated because it has a brick “foundation” around it.Honestly I was not expecting such a phenomenal encapsulation due to how tight the space is when you get back towards where the tongue is, but the work and attention to every detail exceeded all of my expectations. Some work I’d seen they only go partway up the concrete block piers, but they went all the way up, which I thought was great. Guys were also easy to communicate with and respond quickly with questions or concerns. The cost was reasonable compared to other places too. I would highly recommend this company for any crawlspace work or encapsulation. Less

They did a great job! Came out in just a few days to do the inspection and give us a quote (complete with photos and explanations) and they were happy to schedule out a few months to accommodate us.
