I bought a 2016 Subaru Legacy from here. The sale went great. A couple of months later I hydroplaned and the car, even though it still looked amazing, was totaled out by my insurance company. So I cancelled the extended warranty to get a refund to pay off the remaining balance for the car owed to Nationwide Acceptance. When they received the check I was lied to about the amount it was and that was mailed off to someone they had to mail it to first. 2 weeks later Nationwide still doesn't have so I go up there to premium motors and the check is still sitting in their office looking like they are about to try and cash it themselves. So as long as anything doesn't go wrong after the sale the seem like good people. But if you happen to have to get a refund, they will try to keep the refund check that is supposed to go back to the financing company to pay off the rest of the loan and so I can get the difference that was owed back to me.
