***I want to clarify a few factual inaccuracies in your response.I was scheduled for a 9:15 AM appointment, which is why I arrived at that time. Regardless of posted opening hours, I was not informed in advance that the office would not open until 9:30.More importantly, the doctor was not present. I was explicitly told this by staff, and the voicemail left for me that morning stated he “had an emergency.” So the claim that he was on site seeing other patients is not accurate.I was also never informed that x-rays were required, that they were part of the visit, or that I needed to complete specific assessments before seeing the doctor. There was no explanation of the process or timeline at any point. My decision to leave was based on the lack of communication and clarity, not impatience. Patients should be clearly informed of what to expect, especially at a first visit.I stand by my review and hope this feedback helps improve communication for future patients.***I booked a new patient appointment online and was called the morning of the appointment to say the doctor was out of town. I rescheduled for the following week at 9:15. When I arrived the door was locked. Several staff members inside at the front desk saw me standing there, made eye contact, and went back to looking at their phones.Around 9:30 AM, a large group of patients was let in. I was given paperwork and then taken for vitals with equipment that did not appear sanitized. At no point was I told what to expect or the order of the visit. I was asked to stand on multiple “assessment” scales and then told I would need to wait for a massage chair, followed by heat therapy. By then it was 10 AM, and I still hadn’t seen the chiropractor. When I said I wanted to skip the massage chairs and heat therapy and just see the chiropractor, I was told he wasn’t even there yet!!I made it clear I came to see a chiropractor, not cycle through unexplained treatments with no timeline, and I left. The whole process felt disorganized, and I never saw the provider. If you’re looking for a straightforward chiropractic appointment, this may not be the right place.
