First the communication with both Bailey who came to do our estimate and Josh the site manager was very easy. Also there was a lady named Mandisa who was easy to reach as well. She was extremely helpful when the original color I picked had too much of a blue undertone and with changing our paint color. We are EXTREMELY happy with our color we chose. Our cedar posts also were stained with a transparent stain which looks beautiful.There was a few things I was a bit disappointed with. The final walk thru neither my husband nor I were available. I personally would have preferred this in person, however we were able to tell Josh any issues we noticed for the most partThey did come out to address them. The second thing was the painters used rocks I used around flower beds to hold down the prep paper to prevent it from blowing up with the wind which was completely fine, however they did not put them back. Is that the end of the world? No, but it would have been appreciated. Lastly, there is one area on the back patio that really looked like it did not get painted well enough or like they did not do their best with scrapping off old paint so it looks like it will peel off sooner than it should. We did send a picture of this to Josh, hopefully they did repaint but in my opinion still looks a bit rough and will need to corrected.Overall, our experience was very favorable with Yellow Rose Paint and we love the color!

Yellow Rose Painting did an amazing job on my house that was suffering from the original paint job. We've all seen those sun faded paint jobs! My house is so beautiful now and fully restored to its original beauty! My whole experience was absolutely fantastic! Reid gave me an awesome quote and answered all of my questions without being pushy or evasive. He fully understood that I was going to get other quotes. I am so glad I went with Yellow Rose painting! We built our home in China Spring 22+ years ago. It has not been painted until now. Working with Yellow Rose Pinting was about as easy as it can be. Initial contact was an inquiry via the website, requesting an appraisal and quote. We received a response in less than a day, and a salesman visited our home, discussed what we wanted done and gave us a written quote before he left! The quote was very competitive, according to some friends that work in the construction industry. (Although we initially contacted several painting contractors, we never got any response from them until many days later!) The painting crew came this past Monday and completed the job on Wednesday. Everyone at Yellow Rose (slaes, filed supervisor, and paint crew) were always very professional and friendly. The quality of work was excellent. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Yellow Rose Painting for any & all your painting needs. You will not be disappointed.

Tyler was amazing. He did a great job. Everyday he would explain what he planned to complete that day. At the end of the day he would go over what had been done and what he planned to do the next day. He was careful with all his equipment not leaving a mess. He finished a day earlier than he thought. The painting was superb. I would definitely use him again.

Update after completed project:We had a lot of problems as you can see below BUT in the end a lady (I think higher up in the company) and one of the owners, Jason, contacted us. They listened to all of our concerns/issues and made sure to resolve as much as they possibly could.Some additional clean up was done, resolution for damaged house items, and multiple phone calls for learning and more resolutions for the project.It is important to remember that no company/project is perfect and grace is required.We went from excited to frustrated and back to content and glad to be heard.Jason was great to deal with and seems to really care about the company and learning from mistakes, which is a great way to run a business.Original post:Upfront and before work began this company seemed great, which is why we chose to select them out of several companies we talked to. But from day one of work scheduled everything went downhill! This is by far one of the worst companies I’ve dealt with. We personally dealt with the actual painters, the supervisor of the painters, the supervisor or that supervisor, and the estimator. With each conversation we were told different information by each. They have terrible internal communication which spilled down into our specific project.Here I am, weeks later, still waiting for final touch ups and fixes and things to be done that were agreed upon. They painted light fixtures, floor plug coverings, outlets, door hardware, all door hinges, and left paint spots on our exterior as well.It’s been a huge headache and I would not recommend!!Also, I was asked for final payment a week ago before my work has even been completed!They were supposed to come today to finish everything but an hour after our scheduled time I texted and they said oh they have to reschedule to a future date!Bad business practices and lack of communication has been extremely hard to deal with.

Cannot recommend enough. I was so stressed about this looming project of my entire home interior needing to be re-painted.The Yellow Rose team made me feel at ease from the start. Communication was always timely, friendly, and helpful. I got an estimate quickly and I didn’t have to wait long at all for them to start on my project. The painters, were polite, friendly, and detail-oriented. It was important to them that I was happy with everything and to let them know if I saw anything needing a re-touch. But I was blown away, there was almost no touch-up. Especially given how large of a project this was, and how much touching up was needed from the original contractor (not Yellow Rose) when my home was built.The painters were also flexible as they went, allowing me to comfortable work from home and have access to what I needed. They were very respectful of my furniture and home. They were gentle with moving things, and put the back in its place upon completion.I am so, so happy with the outcome. I will definitely go through Yellow Rose for future projects.

Yellow Rose Painting was Awesome to work with. They taped and floated a few places in the ceiling and painting the inside and outside of our home. Adan always answered my texts within a few minutes and they did a fantastic job. My only regret is that we didn’t have them do the job a year ago so we could enjoy how nice it looks before we sell it. They finished the job quickly and cleaned up after themselves.
