Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist! Everyone was very welcoming and comforting. They had relaxation scenes and music playing for me which definitely helped, and nobody made me feel bad for being anxious, but just being as nice as they were made me less anxious anyway. They told me what they were doing too which also helped. Would definitely recommend! Less

I was very nervous having my child use sedation; however, from the initial consult, I knew we were in good hands. It was a very positive experience. The receptionists were friendly, and very accommodating. They worked hard to try and fit my son into their busy schedule and then called quickly when they had a cancellation. I can’t speak highly enough about Dr. Weinberger, Dr. Simon, and Kaila. My son came out saying, “Kaila told me I was cute 100 times!” Haha Less

My child’s dentist referred us to Hanover dental sedation as she thought our 4 year old needed a little help with getting some cavities filled. Right from the start Annette was very kind and really cared about my daughter. After some minor hiccups along the way with paper work we were finally given a date. The reception room was very inviting for my little one and cartoons were put on the tv at 5:15am to make sure she wouldn’t be scared. In the examination room she felt just as comfortable as she watched Gabby. Everyone showed us kindness and compassion from the beginning to the end. They followed up with a phone call a few days later to see how she was. I am so happy that we were referred here. I hope we don’t need these services again but if we do, we will definitely return. I just left the facility, and I have to say I was greatly impressed with how I was taken care of. Today was a first visit, xrays and initial consultation. I left smilng, and feel that I'll be in great hands going forward. Five stars all around! Less

My daughter had to get work done she is 10 they where gentle and talked to her like a person they didn't leave her out of the conversation included her made her feel even more comfortable. She was so helpful to me regarding insurance questions, went over and above to find out if my insurance would cover the procedure for my grandson. I truly appreciated her kindness and effort. Less

My son, who is 2 years old, had a really unfortunate fall and his tooth was badly damaged. It was bent straight out towards his lip. I knew that it had to be dealt with right away because if he were to fall again that tooth would go straight through his lip. I was a little traumatized from the blood and seeing how much pain he was in. Hanover Dental Sedation was recommended to us by a trusted friend who works in the field. They got us in the very next morning. We took our son in. I was terrified having my baby put to sleep to have the tooth fixed. The office and ALL staff there were amazing and they made me feel so much better and comfortable. We came in and held our boy as he went to sleep. The staff was very quick and updated us throughout the process. The surgery only took about 15 mins. I could not recommend this office more. They are fabulous and I will definitely use them again in the future. Less

We had such a great experience bringing our 9year son here ! They were very kind and patient. They had Netflix on for him as he waited for his appointment. They took an interest in him which made him feel more relaxed. He was seen quickly and before we knew it we were on our way home. No complications or complaints ! We met Dr.Ciz at the Hanover Clinic a couple of weeks ago and yesterday our little guy had his work done. I highly recommend Dr. Ciz and his staff! They are amazing. Our little guy has many disabilities and we have not had luck at getting anything including cleaning and x-rays at regular dentist. 2 yrs ago we were referred to a sleep kids dentist in KW to have cleaning, x-rays and any work needed completed. They were good but unfortunately it still wasn’t a great experience. I was very happy to see in an online search that Hanover Kids Sleep dentistry was opening up and contacted them immediately- Julie got back to me right away and I sent her all the info on our little guy abs our concerns. She booked a consult appt for us and during that appt with Dr.Ciz he joked around with our little guy on a gym mat ( at childs level) and you could see our little guy relax as the appt went on. He mentioned on the way home that he liked the new dentist and that it was close. During our scheduled treatment yesterday we had the first appt so our guy didn’t have time to get his anxiety too worked up, he didn’t seem worried driving to the appt and was ok when we arrived. He asked why they had to do a few things but wasn’t “glued” to me like previous experiences. He was a little nervous going into the room but again Dr.Ciz joked with him and found a show on the tablet to watch and talk about. Sedation went very smooth and quick as did the treatment. Dr.Ciz spoke to me when he was done and advised on the work and that it went well. He doesn’t even remember he was put to sleep! He thinks he watched the show while his teeth were cleaned. The nurse walked us to our vehicle and we came home with a smooth rest of the day which was a surprise to me as he hadn’t had his morning medications for his disabilities either! Was an amazing experience! Best one we have had with dentist so far and very pleased! Dr Ciz is amazing with children as are his staff. They take time to understand any parent concerns as well as what struggles or worries the children have! Highly recommend to anyone who is considering sedation for their child’s treatment!
