Right from the start Annette was very kind and really cared about my daughter. After some minor hiccups along the way with paper work we were finally given a date. The reception room was very inviting for my little one and cartoons were put on the tv at 5:15am to make sure she wouldn’t be scared. In the examination room she felt just as comfortable as she watched Gabby. Everyone showed us kindness and compassion from the beginning to the end. They followed up with a phone call a few days later to see how she was. I am so happy that we were referred here. I hope we don’t need these services again but if we do, we will definitely return. I just left the facility, and I have to say I was greatly impressed with how I was taken care of. Today was a first visit, xrays and initial consultation. I left smilng, and feel that I'll be in great hands going forward. Five stars all around!

Very friendly, excellent nurses and Dr. My son needed three metal caps and he wasn’t scared at all because they were so good with him. Also made me comfortable knowing his in great hands. Very understandable financially as well

What amazing staff. As someone who hasn’t been to a dentist in approx 10 years they made me feel incredibly comfortable. Not once did I feel judged about my teeth or my anxiety side effects. They saw I was very anxious and did everything they could to ease my mind while I waited. I feel very confident about my smile again. Thank you so much.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would caution anyone to review the prices though. I had the same sleep dentistry and procedures done in Kitchener at a specialty clinic at half the price. The prices for the procedures are almost 2/3 higher than any insurance company deems reasonable and customary.

I got referred to Hanover Dental Sedation after I broke a wisdom tooth in half. They got me in quickly and removed the tooth for me with 0 issues. Great place with nice people.

When I called about a procedure for my grandson, the young lady, Kaylee who answered the phone, put me on hold but never came back to the phone. So I had to call again and Sherry answered. She was so helpful to me regarding insurance questions, went over and above to find out if my insurance would cover the procedure for my grandson. I truly appreciated her kindness and effort.

They got us in the very next morning. We took our son in. I was terrified having my baby put to sleep to have the tooth fixed. The office and ALL staff there were amazing and they made me feel so much better and comfortable. We came in and held our boy as he went to sleep. The staff was very quick and updated us throughout the process. The surgery only took about 15 mins. I could not recommend this office more. We had such a great experience bringing our 9year son here ! They were very kind and patient. They had Netflix on for him as he waited for his appointment. They took an interest in him which made him feel more relaxed. He was seen quickly and before we knew it we were on our way home. No complications or complaints ! It was a pain free and stress free experience!

The entire staff team was great to work with. The nurse, dentist, and anaesthetist explained everything that would be happening. They were able to bill our insurance directly for the costs as well.

My son had four wisdom teeth removed. Every staff member we interacted with was so pleasant and helpful. One took him directly to the car afterwards. When we called with concerns are calls were answered so quickly. And afterwards staff called just to see how he was doing. Definitely 5 Star service!

I was booked for 3pm. Spoke to the dentist a couple days prior to go over exactly what was going to be done. Everything was set and ready to go. Or so I thought. About 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment, I got a "courtesy " call that the morning appointment ran 30 minutes late so to show up at 330. I was already almost there and I wasn't able to eat or drink before so we just waited thinking it was only 30 minutes behind. A lady in the waiting room said her husband who was before me was 40 minutes late getting in. I didn't think that was too bad. An hour went by. Still I just thought well they will be ready for me shortly. 2 hours goes by and the receptionist knowing I haven't ate all day and can't eat, ordered pizza right in front of me and had it delivered to the front desk! After over 2 hours of waiting, SUDDENLY I had to have x-rays! After getting the xray now the work that was all set to be done didn't make sense to do because one was an extraction and one was a filling. It made perfect sense to have done it before but now the dentist tried to convince me it would save me money to not have it done now. Yet the whole speech before when only the extraction was talked about at the beginning, he convinced me it made sense then to do the filling at that same time since i was being sedated. After all that, waited over another hour. After 3.5 hours I finally got called in. When the appointment was done I was let out a back door with absolutely no paperwork of any sort about how to take care of the extraction. I have called but no answer or call back. I tried to use the chat feature they have advertised, but it's been over a day now and not a response. I would highly highly recommend going somewhere else! Less

They wanted to charge me $1000 for what they told me would be 10 minutes of work to cap one baby tooth molar under sedation. I booked the appointment for a few weeks later yet the office kept calling me, and texting me, hounding me to make the appointment. I called back and told them we had booked the appointment weeks ago. Then they magically found our appointment. I had a work emergency come up and had to reschedule our appointment. A couple days later they called and left a cryptic message that mysteriously the dentist could not perform the work on my daughter's molar. No reasonable explanation. They claimed they would get us a referral for another dentist office but I have not heard from them since. Would not recommend. Less

They were good but unfortunately it still wasn’t a great experience. I was very happy to see in an online search that Hanover Kids Sleep dentistry was opening up and contacted them immediately- Julie got back to me right away and I sent her all the info on our little guy abs our concerns. She booked a consult appt for us and during that appt with Dr.Ciz he joked around with our little guy on a gym mat ( at childs level) and you could see our little guy relax as the appt went on. He mentioned on the way home that he liked the new dentist and that it was close. During our scheduled treatment yesterday we had the first appt so our guy didn’t have time to get his anxiety too worked up, he didn’t seem worried driving to the appt and was ok when we arrived. He asked why they had to do a few things but wasn’t “glued” to me like previous experiences. He was a little nervous going into the room but again Dr.Ciz joked with him and found a show on the tablet to watch and talk about. Sedation went very smooth and quick as did the treatment. Dr.Ciz spoke to me when he was done and advised on the work and that it went well. He doesn’t even remember he was put to sleep! He thinks he watched the show while his teeth were cleaned. The nurse walked us to our vehicle and we came home with a smooth rest of the day which was a surprise to me as he hadn’t had his morning medications for his disabilities either! Was an amazing experience! Best one we have had with dentist so far and very pleased! Dr Ciz is amazing with children as are his staff. They take time to understand any parent concerns as well as what struggles or worries the children have! Highly recommend to anyone who is considering sedation for their child’s treatment!
