Manny & team are without a doubt the BEST in the area. I live in Windy Creek on Atlantic Ave & our house & small pool were built 1987. I had the skimmer replaced about 10 years ago by a “fly-by-night” guy & plastic was cracked all around concrete. Never had any leaks except skimmer in past 22 years so not many repairs done on my pool. Ok…need new skimmer, they last 10-15 years on average, not too unexpected. But Jason, cute LeakExperts leak detection guy, found every return valve (I have 8) had concrete deteriorated at pool surface, gunite already exposed & main pipe to skimmer was broken. Manny worked his magic & helped me with their large estimate plus was able to schedule repairs within 4 days. The 2 men who came to do the actual repair work were so nice! They arrived on time & worked 9 long hours. They talked to me showing & explaining what they were doing, allowing me to take pics of the process. They cleaned up perfectly, even allowing me to sweep the whole bottom of my pool & allow my 2 doggies to put their footprints in wet concrete by the skimmer. Making the whole experience memorable & fun! I have filled my pool back up & put all needed chemicals back in. We did have a minor issue a few weeks later where the travertine tiles around the skimmer caved a little because of all the heavy rain (Florida rainy season) and a screw came off the main drain when my pool cleaner went over it. They did pressure tests, dove into my pool and looked at all the major parts and pieces while checking with dye and everything about interacting Jason was a pleasure. Although I do not believe one should have to make a post to get a response they did come out and did their best to address the issue and in todays world that means a lot. I can’t say we agree on what caused this issue or that I’m 100% satisfied with the end result but they did what they could at their expense to rectify. So with the ambiguity of the cause I have changed my review from 1⭐️ to 5 ⭐️ I’ve used them twice. They were very professional and responsive when all was good. However during the last repair they stained the bottom of my pool with their products then refused to fix it saying it was fertilizer. I explained I had not fertilized and they said it was probably my neighbors. I told them that both my neighbors pools were fine so that’s doubtful. They said they would get back to me then never did. I then got a quote from my pool cleaning company and they want $995 to drain, acid wash and refill the pool. I highly recommend you document the condition of your pool before they start and get there insurance certificate so you can file a claim if needed. Less

We arranged to have the leak repaired within a few days. By this time we were back home and met with the company rep who answered our questions and explained our options very clearly. There was a possibility that the leak could not be repaired from within the pool and would need to go through the pool deck pavers.
