I am writing to express my Extreme dissatisfaction with the service and treatment I received at your office. I had been looking forward to having a procedure with you, as I had heard positive things about your practice from my family however, my experience with your staff has left me feeling disrespected and extremely disappointed.Firstly, I encountered a serious lack of follow-up and communication from your office, which was frustrating. I was given little to no information, and when I did try to get answers, I was met with a dismissive attitude from your staff. This left me feeling confused and unsupported in a situation where I should have been informed and guided through the process.Additionally, I found myself being cornered into paying out of pocket for the procedure, despite having insurance that I’ve paid for and expected to use. Your staff made it clear that “If you can’t afford it find another office.” This comment was both unprofessional and insulting. I’m not asking for special treatment; I simply expect to be treated with respect and to have an pone, constructive conversation. All I was asking for was to be helped in understanding the process, to be spoken to kindly, and to be treated like a valued human being.It’s incredibly disheartening to have been treated in this manner, especially when I was only seeking clear communication and respectful interactions. My expectation was that, as a patient, I would be treated with dignity. Instead, I was met with frustration, rudeness, and a lack of willingness to work with me.While I understand that medical practices face challenges with insurance companies, the way this situation was handled was unacceptable. I kindly ask Dr. Amarik Singh please review how your staff communicates with patients and how insurance and payment issues are addressed.I hope that, moving forward, other patients will not have to face the same treatment that I experienced.Thank you.

I've been waiting for five years to get the courage to go in and find out how bad my teeth situation really is. I'm Soo glad I finally went in, but I wish I would've went in sooner. Just knowing the solution is there and there's so many options to achieve your goal is just priceless.I was treated with such respect and genuine care,I felt in good hands. My anxieties were all washed away and Dr. Singh himself, well he was as amazing as on T.V. and the persona he portrays to be with his patients. Linda was great as well and helpful in all my questions. However, it does start off with the great ladies answering the calls. Nina, her kind attitude and her understanding of my situation was the cherry on top to assure me that I was in the right place.I am looking forward to living a life again as Me; the happy, smiley, healthy eating and fun Me. 😁
