I have been working out with Dave at Fitness Revolution for almost a year now. The group classes were somewhat challenging when I first started out. Once you get accustomed to the individual exercises it’s gets a bit easier, but I still leave tired. Which is the point, right? The workouts vary and I don’t think they have ever repeated, so you don’t get into a rut. The groups are great. There are a lot of very nice people who all have the same mindset. It’s not the sort of gym where people are going to a gym to be seen. This is about doing your workout, having fun while doing it, and reaching your goals. Over the time I have been working out I have lost a fair bit of weight but more importantly significantly lowered my cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood pressure. I attribute that to the circuit training and the nutrition tips that Dave shared. So, if you are looking for a place for small group fitness classes, I would definitely recommend Fitness Revolution.
