I am very new to crossfit and have never done anything similar in my life. I've only been a long distance runner for many years. The community at this gym was so welcoming and supportive even from day 1. The coaches here are phenomenal and help customize workouts to fit your abilities. There is also a lot of support from the community and coaches to help you reach your own fitness goals.Additionally, since I am new to crossfit I didn't know a lot of the exercises and workouts- but the coaches here helped a lot by making sure my form looked good prior to lifting any weights to prevent injuries. Even after moving away for work, the coaches at my new crossfit complement me on my form- and that is all thanks to crossfit acernus! I would recommend crossfit acernus to anyone and everyone in the area looking to get in shape and meet great people!

Some of the best coaches/ people I’ve ever met. Coming from a physical therapist, all the coaches truly focus on form throughout every movement. It’s not all about how much you can lift but it’s about what weight you can lift WELL at, and that goes a long way into showing that they care about you as a person not just numbers. The people here are also some of the kindest and most welcoming I’ve ever encountered. I’ve never done any sort of lifting prior to joining and now I’ve been coming for a year and absolutely love it. Try it out, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. 🤍

This is an amazing gym. The coaches are knowledgeable and supportive. The members are encouraging and kind. I am postpartum with my second baby and the support I have received has blown me away. I’ve had times in my life when I’ve been really fit, and recently not so much. I was looking for a new challenge and decided to try Acernus. To be clear, I’m NOT GOOD. But, every time I go, I’m blown away by how supportive and inclusive this community is. The coaches are exceptionally well trained. Forget about other gyms, this is the real Judgement Free zone where everyone knows you and encourages you to be better than you were yesterday!
