Never knew exercise could be so much fun and rewarding. The coaches and community keep me coming back day after day. Nothing else like it around. I started CrossFit at 48 and am now 51. If only I had found this place sooner!

The community at this gym was so welcoming and supportive even from day 1. The coaches here are phenomenal and help customize workouts to fit your abilities. There is also a lot of support from the community and coaches to help you reach your own fitness goals.Additionally, since I am new to crossfit I didn't know a lot of the exercises and workouts- but the coaches here helped a lot by making sure my form looked good prior to lifting any weights to prevent injuries. Even after moving away for work, the coaches at my new crossfit complement me on my form- and that is all thanks to crossfit acernus! This is an amazing gym. The coaches are knowledgeable and supportive. The members are encouraging and kind. I am postpartum with my second baby and the support I have received has blown me away. This is a very supportive group of people! They have challenging workouts that can be adjusted to your level. There's no shaming if you're not a top athlete. I was afraid to try crossfit, but I'm so glad I did! This is a great place to try, too, because their prices are very reasonable.

The best place in town for a REAL workout with serious instruction. The other gym in town offers pizza..seriously....pizza?

Crossfit Acernus is an awesome place to get in shape. I just took my HACC physical education Students for a tour and brief work out session with Jeff. He is a very good instructor. We had a blast ! i am a bit sore today though....its a good sore. Every time I go to Crossfit Acernus I realize how out of shape I really am. Thanks for the great experience, Joy Riley
