Guyer was one of 3 quotes I got back in Jan 2023 for replacing the roof of my house. They were significantly lower than the other companies. I held off on the work longer than I should have, as shingles were blowing off my house during the recent wind storms. I was bracing myself for the re-estimate in light of escalating prices on everything over the past couple years. I was pleasantly shocked to see the increase in cost was insignificant.
