We love attending In Motion Dance Center! The teachers are so kind and have helped my daughter to build her confidence in dance and in life overall! I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a dance school. The dances are appropriate and so are the costumes. The owner is amazingly friendly and always shows her face! ☺️

Jan, Karen and Katherine were great. My son and daughter were in dance last year. We paid on time and even brought in two new students last year. My daughter's costume came in the week of dress rehearsal, meaning she was not featured in the program book or official photographs. A replacement option was available at rehearsal - Rachael was great and her pictures turned out better than the formal ones. Rehearsal and recital were disorganized. 5 months later and I still have not received my replacement program book (after returning the one that I "should not have received" at the recital) or my dvd, despite multiple e-mails with Lauren and several discussions with Jan & Lauren. We did not return this fall and will not return.

If you have a shy kid don’t take them to this place! They aren’t willing to work with a shy kid! I took my cousin to see if I could get her in the dance class because my aunt tried and couldn’t get her to go in so I thought I would try.. well I was no impressed at all! When we walked in no one said hi to us. The dance teacher never once tried to get my cousin to go into dance class.. I was very disappointed and my cousin will no longer be going to this dance studio! And if you have a shy kid I’d recommend that you don’t bring them here either!

Our daughter had been wanting to be in dance for a while now but we weren’t sure how she would do in front of others! Lauren reached out to me and my daughter was able to come try a class for free during bring a friend week and the smile and excitement that radiated from my daughters face at the end of the class was an instant sign of approval!!! She has been going for a few months now and we look forward to dance day every single week!!!!

My daughter loves dancing at In Motion. All the instructors we've had have been kind, knowledgeable, and I believe they genuinely want all girls in their class to succeed and have fun. It's a great atmosphere.

The people at In Motion Dance are extremely professional. Everyone at the studio is a class act. They aren't just a dance studio. Each instructor and the other families that go there have played an important role in helping my daughter become the wonderful and happy person she is. We have developed long lasting friendship there also because of the supportive environment they provide. Anyone who tells you something different is likely telling misrepresentations of the truth and their issues are probably internal and not external. People forget sometimes that the world does not revolve around them.
