We used Mi Box for moving and storage at their indoor facility. Unlike the other mobile moving/storage companies, Mi Box is transparent with their pricing and has no hidden fees that come up. They give you all the information up front and are very well priced.Their customer service is also amazing and they try to accommodate you the best they can even when last minute changes come up and moving dates change.The way they deliver their containers gave us peace of mind that our furniture would not get damaged in the move as the container stays level throughout the process.I could not recommend them enough.

I used MI-BOX for 5 years. It was my first experience with a pod vs a locker. From initial contact to getting started, my million questions; it could not have been any smoother. Highly efficient and friendly. They return phone calls! I chose MI-BOX as it is local.Recently I unpacked my pod. It was delivered as scheduled, wood blocks used to protect driveway and fortunately packed well. Minimal shift of anything and I was so surprised at how little dust there was.Thanks a bundle to all. Would use again and highly recommend.

This company is more than FIVE STARS. Moving is stressful but this company and their reliability,dependability, affordable rates and efficiency made it a breeze for us.Mibox employees are hands down amazing!….from Megan and Stephanie cheerfully answering calls (yes an actual person picks up the phone!) and being so incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and caring to the courteous, punctual, skilled and friendly drivers dropping off/picking up the pods.My stored belongings were picked up and delivered right on time in the same shape as they were when they went into the storage pod, no damage or issues whatsoever and drivers were so accommodating!My experience left me feeling incredibly valued as a customer. Rare these days! The owner of MiBox should be very proud of his employees, give them all a raise!I would 200% recommend this company. Hands down the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever had and they CARE!

This company was the only thing that went right in our move!!! On the day scheduled for pick up, our lawyers informed us we needed a marriage certificate that was essential to the closing of our home. We had to unpack the whole pod before pick up to find it! I phoned the company and they were delightful, changed the pick up with no problems! They also had it delivered before our incompetent lawyer had delivered our keys at 3pm! We had a nightmare of a move, but this company was the only good thing about moving! Highly recommend

Google only allows 5 stars.... Here's 5 more! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The service is THE BEST at Mi-Box Calgary, a rarity these days. We packed up our home to be nomads for a little over year. They dropped the container off, we filled it at our leisure and when we were ready, they picked it up. They were VERY prompt with delivery/pickup and correspondence. We stored the container at their facility and when we needed access to switch out our seasonal items, we gave 24 hours notice and the box would be ready for us to zip in and out. I would highly recommend their services!! Moving is such a breeze when the container gets dropped off for you to fill at your leisure and then it gets picked up and delivered to your new home. Attached is a picture of hubby accessing the unit for the seasonal switch and mom sitting comfortably with her BC blueberries in our makeshift "living room" while we dig for items needed for our next trip. Don't think about it, use Mi-Box for your next move. You won't regret it!

I've been dealing with this company for all my moving needs since 2016 . I can't express how much they've helped me with a couple moves and long term storage ! They've always been the best at communication and responding whether text or email . Theyve always been very supportive, understand and willing to work with me when any financial hard times occurred ,. Steph always assured me that together we can work it out . And we did ! The whole staff goes above and beyond! literally by helping me physically move my stuff around! Your company is the best and I will always refer you to anybody for their moving and storage needs . You deliver fantastic service , you're flexible and adorable !! I can not say enough of good things about this amazing and very caring company that delivers quality service! We are renting 3 20ft containers from them for the last 7 months, as we are doing a major renovation at our new place and can't get our stuff in the house yet. Currently, all 3 of them are stored inside of their heated indoor facility, which is very much appreciated and highly recommended 🙏 I would hire them again in a heartbeat, highly recommended!

I don’t write many reviews but when a business is exemplary, I try to remember to. I stored the contents of my house for 5 years with Mi-Box West. From the very beginning, communication was great with the owner/manager and it continued this way through the entire 5 years. Becoming a client of theirs was easy, efficient and they were very flexible and understanding with beginning and ending date changes for drop off and pick up.And even though our communication was via email, all was done with a smile. Always. Following pickup, all subsequent communication was with Steph. She has always been very professional, very responsive and just super easy to deal with. You can feel her kindness through her emails. This is a business that not only provides the service you asked for but makes it easy too! This is what we’re all looking for with any service company.When the contents were unpacked it’s as if they had only been stored last week, not 5 years ago. It’s very apparent that much care was taken with transport and during all the time in the warehouse. And a great concept…having the box to load and unload in your driveway is the way to go.If you need storage, long term or short, don’t hesitate to use this company. After 5 years, I can highly recommend them!
