Culture Fitness has been an absolute amazing find! I had long searched for a gym where I’d feel comfortable and supported - and can finally say I have found it! The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging, they really take the time to help each person reach milestones. Thanks to the culture @ Culture Fitness I have been consistent with workouts for a year! I love that I get such a great workout in only 45 minutes. When I first started, I couldn’t do a pull up and I struggled with doing a full sit up. Only a few months in, and I feel so much stronger, I can do all the pull-ups and full sit ups for the session.

Getting back into fitness, I knew going to a traditional “gym” wasn’t going to work for me. I wanted a place where I could push myself, get stronger, and have support along the way, and Culture Fitness has been exactly that.From day one, the coaches have been welcoming, supportive, and motivating while still encouraging me to challenge myself. The community is just as amazing. Everyone is friendly, encouraging, and genuinely wants to see each other succeed.I actually look forward to going every day and truly enjoy my time there. This is one of the best gyms I’ve been a member of. The staff are amazing and very welcoming—everyone is fantastic. The workouts strike a good balance between building strength and avoiding injury, which I appreciate as I get older. Highly recommended.

Even though I live in Santa Rosa, I decided to join because it’ worth the daily drive.The gym is always clean, the equipment is in great condition, and the coaches are incredibly welcoming. What stands out most is how intentional they are about getting to know you. You’re not just another member walking through the door.

Culture fitness and the trainers that work there are fantastic. They are super friendly and supportive. The environment at culture fitness is supportive positive and supportive as well. Everyone works hard to make sure people feel at home while working out. The gym is always super clean and the equipment is excellent.

Extremely clean and well organized gym. The trainers are great and I always get an amazing workout. I’ve only been going for 2 months and I already feel like a welcome member of the community. The owner is very hands on and organized when it comes to the daily operations. If you are serious about your fitness goals, this place is perfect. I would definitely recommend others to join.

Since having my second baby, Culture Fitness has been so welcoming and kind. They provided extra guidance, coaching, and motivation. All of which I’ve never experienced at a gym before. I can’t say enough good things about Culture Fitness. My fitness journey actually started years ago with Mike, doing personal training out of his home. Life happened, I fell off, and fitness wasn’t my top priority for a while. Fast forward a few years later, I saw on social media that Mike had opened Culture Fitness and was offering a 6-week challenge back in September. I figured, “Okay… let’s give this another try.”I started out strong or at least I thought I did! but as someone who hasn’t had to consistently work out most of my life, this has been a big adjustment. Now that I’m getting older, I truly realize how important taking care of my body is.I began working with Gary as my personal trainer, and he is AMAZING. I was honestly a little hesitant at first because he’s around the age of my kids, but wow… he is so knowledgeable, supportive, and patient. He listens to me complain three days a week 😂, pushes me when I need it, and always meets me where I’m at. He’s a huge reason I’ve stayed consistent and kept showing up.The holidays were tough and consistency was hard, but everyone at Culture Fitness has been nothing but welcoming, encouraging, and motivating. Even though I haven’t tried the group classes yet, I’m extremely happy with where I’m at and with the accountability I get from Gary.I still get to say hi to Mike, and the overall environment, updates, and motivation at Culture Fitness are just perfect. The culture truly lives up to the name, no judgment, supportive staff, and a place where you feel comfortable no matter where you’re starting from.I’ve already recommended this gym to others and will continue to do so. I love culture fitness. All the coaches are great, super clean, great equipment, and great classes. I have attended both morning classes and evening classes and all of them are filled with fun amazing people who are fun to workout with. I also love the “culture club” (12 workouts in the month) which is a great incentive each month. Culture Fitness is a top notch gym.

I have been going to culture for almost a year now and I couldn’t be happier. I have been in and out of different gyms over the years and finally found the right fit for me. The trainers are knowledgeable and friendly. I’m a busy mom so the 45 minute classes work great for me and they truly work. I am lifting heavier than I ever have. I joined Culture Fitness in March 2025. I had been working out on and off for 15 years and never felt good about my gym experience or progress. Since joining Culture Fitness, I feel more energized and see visible changes in my body. I'm less exhausted than when I did hybrid workouts, and I've become much stronger since starting in March. The owner and coaches of this gym are all very friendly, welcoming, supportive and motivating! The community of members that go here are amazing and supportive of one another also. The gym is not my most confident place but I feel supported at Culture Fitness, and I love the workouts! It is a great gym and an awesome addition to RP.
