I can’t say enough good things about Culture Fitness. My fitness journey actually started years ago with Mike, doing personal training out of his home. Life happened, I fell off, and fitness wasn’t my top priority for a while. Fast forward a few years later, I saw on social media that Mike had opened Culture Fitness and was offering a 6-week challenge back in September. I figured, “Okay… let’s give this another try.”I started out strong or at least I thought I did! but as someone who hasn’t had to consistently work out most of my life, this has been a big adjustment. Now that I’m getting older, I truly realize how important taking care of my body is.I began working with Gary as my personal trainer, and he is AMAZING. I was honestly a little hesitant at first because he’s around the age of my kids, but wow… he is so knowledgeable, supportive, and patient. He listens to me complain three days a week 😂, pushes me when I need it, and always meets me where I’m at. He’s a huge reason I’ve stayed consistent and kept showing up.The holidays were tough and consistency was hard, but everyone at Culture Fitness has been nothing but welcoming, encouraging, and motivating. Even though I haven’t tried the group classes yet, I’m extremely happy with where I’m at and with the accountability I get from Gary.I still get to say hi to Mike, and the overall environment, updates, and motivation at Culture Fitness are just perfect. The culture truly lives up to the name, no judgment, supportive staff, and a place where you feel comfortable no matter where you’re starting from.I’ve already recommended this gym to others and will continue to do so. If you’re looking for a gym that actually cares, supports you, and helps you grow, Culture Fitness is it.
