Best gym ever! I just started in August 2026. Best decision I have made. I joined because they were offering a challenge, wanted help with food along with my work outs. Love the support that I have received from Mike and the whole community during workouts, it helps challenge and push you even a little harder. Seeing results already!

My wife originally joined Culture Fitness after a friend had been recommending it to her for a while. She finally decided to give it a try—and she was hooked! She’s been going for a few months now and absolutely loves it.I finally joined a few weeks ago, and I can definitely see why she enjoys it so much. The environment is great, and the workouts are an awesome way to get into shape without spending hours in the gym. Each class is only about 45 minutes, and you always leave feeling accomplished, motivated, and ready to come back for the next one.All of the coaches I’ve had so far—Winston, Quin, Gary, Mario, and Troy—have been motivating, supportive, and encouraging throughout the classes.Definitely recommend Culture Fitness to anyone looking for a gym!

This is an absolutely amazing place to experience a healthy lifestyle. Not only have I gained so much strength, but I’ve met a lot of great people along the way. The name says it all culture fitness. It is definitely a culture that you want to be a part of. Come work out with me.

I joined Culture Fitness about 10 months ago, and it has truly changed my life! The workouts are challenging, but fun. They include both consistent elements to track progress and hone skill, while sprinkling in new exercises or variations to keep it engaging. Every trainer I've had the oppertunity to work with is knowledgeable, personable, and supportive. Mike, the owner, is very involved and has done a wonderful job fostering positivity and community through daily operations and monthly events, challenges, or giveaways. As someone new to the gym and intimidated to get started, I've found my home with Culture. I look forward to continuing to gain strength and community together!

I have never been a gym person, and was intimidated to start. But the trainers at Culture Fitness are very supportive and welcoming, and the workouts can be adjusted for any level. The trainers help provide alternative ways to do the exercises if needed, and they motivate you to really get the most out of each workout. The gym has tons of community events and works hard to create a great vibe among members. The music playlists are usually banging too. It’s only been a few months, but I feel stronger and healthier.Culture Fitness has kept me hooked and that says a lot for someone who never wanted to go to the gym before!

Culture Fitness has been the perfect place for me to return to working out after having children. I started by showing up one day at a time, and now I’ve built four months of consistency—I truly missed the feeling of a great workout. The staff, coaches, and members are incredibly welcoming. From day one, I felt comfortable and encouraged to do my best, and each class has helped me move closer to my personal goals.I highly recommend Culture Fitness to anyone looking for a gym that keeps you motivated, supported, and excited to show up.

I’ve been training with Mike since 2020, and it’s been an amazing experience. Mike and all of the trainers are friendly, welcoming, and supportive. I’ve become so much stronger and can lift much heavier than when I first started. I highly recommend Mike and his team to anyone looking to reach their fitness goals!

I’ve been working with Mike for years (since before Covid!) He is a great trainer and really caters to my specific goals. Working with Mike I saw results much quicker visibly in my body and in my strength vs. trying to do it on my own in a gym. My energy levels went up and I just feel better overall mentally and physically. Knowing that he knows what he’s doing and how my form should look, really helped me lean into trying new exercises and lifting heavier than I would on my own. Highly recommended and worth every penny!

I’ve been going to Culture Fitness since mid-January 2026, and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. Before joining, I mostly did cardio and dance classes, so this was my first experience with weight training. The coach-led classes made the transition easy by teaching proper form, offering encouragement, and helping me build confidence in the gym.The workouts are challenging, fun, and I’ve continued to see great results. The environment is welcoming and supportive, and everyone makes you feel comfortable no matter your fitness level. I actually look forward to coming to class each week and would highly recommend Culture Fitness to anyone looking for a great community and effective workouts!

Culture Fitness is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve been to. From the moment you walk in you can feel the positive energy and welcoming atmosphere. The coaches are incredibly motivating, knowledgeable and truly care about helping you reach your goals no matter your fitness level.

I’m the traditional shy girl who stayed away from the gym for every reason under the sun. Walking into Culture Fitness changed that for me in ways I didn’t expect. It has truly helped me gain back my confidence and self-esteem.One of the things I love most is that I also have the opportunity to bring my teen daughter with me. Being able to share this health journey with her, and watching her learn, grow, and receive guidance from the AMAZING coaches, has been such a beautiful thing to witness.Culture Fitness is more than just a gym — it’s a place that makes you feel supported, encouraged, and capable. It’s worth every cent, and in the process, you gain a whole new family.

I love that I get such a great workout in only 45 minutes. When I first started, I couldn’t do a pull up and I struggled with doing a full sit up. Only a few months in, and I feel so much stronger, I can do all the pull-ups and full sit ups for the session.

Getting back into fitness, I knew going to a traditional “gym” wasn’t going to work for me. I wanted a place where I could push myself, get stronger, and have support along the way, and Culture Fitness has been exactly that. From day one, the coaches have been welcoming, supportive, and motivating while still encouraging me to challenge myself. The community is just as amazing. Everyone is friendly, encouraging, and genuinely wants to see each other succeed.I actually look forward to going every day and truly enjoy my time there. I’m stronger, more confident, and doing things now that I honestly didn’t think I could do a couple months ago.

This is one of the best gyms I’ve been a member of. The staff are amazing and very welcoming—everyone is fantastic. The workouts strike a good balance between building strength and avoiding injury, which I appreciate as I get older. Highly recommended.

After training at a few gyms that never quite felt like home, I finally found Culture Fitness. Even though I live in Santa Rosa, I decided to join because it’ worth the daily drive. The gym is always clean, the equipment is in great condition, and the coaches are incredibly welcoming. What stands out most is how intentional they are about getting to know you. You’re not just another member walking through the door.

Since having my second baby, Culture Fitness has been so welcoming and kind. They provided extra guidance, coaching, and motivation. All of which I’ve never experienced at a gym before.
