I recently went to this company for credit repair assistance and was treated horribly by one of the employees working as a representative by the name of Angel. At the time, I just decided to move on to a different company but after speaking with a friend who also reached out to them for assistance, I learned that she had a similar and even worse experience! This place has people representing their services who do not have any interest in helping but are instead using this as a side hustle. This was admitted by one of the employees, Angel. The company is responding to complaints about their employees insulting and name calling customers defending this vile behavior, misrepresenting facts, and claiming excellence is their company motto. This type of customer experience is inexcusable. If an employee is telling a customer that this job isn’t their main gig and therefore don’t feel the need to help said customer bc they have a real estate business as their main source of income, there is ZERO excuse or explanation for treatment like that. This company is low budget and run by people who clearly do not understand the importance of customer service nor do they take accountability of the actions of their flagrant employees. Go somewhere else, there a tons of companies in Miami who do this and don’t insult the customers in the process. And btw TLS, it’s interesting you will defend your employees for insulting customers by trying falsely represent their questions about projected timelines, insinuating the customer asked for a 30 day turnaround. The question presented was what the projected timeline of the process was and in many of your “customer reviews” the reviewers reference a timeline. Clearly turnover is an important factor in your business. Even in your attempt to save face, you have managed to patronize someone complaining about your employees insulting them. Go figure!! Less

The website asks for social security and DOB, so naturally, I wanted to ensure there was some sort of cyber security in place (god forbid). He also felt compelled to tell me he didn't need to do this type of work because he has a real estate business. I am not a difficult person, I work in HR for Christ's sake but this guy was completely out of line. If you are seeking help and have any questions about fixing your credit score, steer clear of this place. Aside from the beratement you will receive, according to the response I was given by a Chat GPT generated response when complaining about Angel The Charmer, they don't provide credit score assistance! From the looks of the reviews and the person who referred me to this company after using them 2 years go, it has vastly changed and the reviews do not reflect the level of service that is currently being provided. Beware of old reviews, this is what you can expect now. ADDED REMARK: 2 hours after this review, the company solicited someone (or they added the review themselves under another account) to post a good review to boost up their rating.
