Disgusting and the owner super rude

Came in for lunch/ happy hour. Had the skirt steak & shrimp in garlic sauce. Omg it was incredible! And the sangria & mojito were authentic!

When I called the restaurant the manager flat out said no changes that the kitchen had the food ready and I told her I just made the order less than 4 min ago, there was no way to have it ready that quick. The difference in charge was about $1 which I said I would pay. I told her then to cancel that plate and I would order again but she said no. I asked for her name and had me on hold three times and one she hang up. I was looking for a solution. At the end she said she called someone that handles the Uber account not even Uber itself and told her that no changes could be made on her part. I was very excited to have a Cuban restaurant close to our office since we are always ordering lunch but I am not ordering from here anymore. Less
