WestJet did WestJet things after our flight was cancelled, and we ended up 30 minutes away from the airport at the Majestic Colonial for the night. Our rescheduled flight left at 11 am, and our "free" WestJet transfer was only scheduled to collect us at 9 am, along with the other 150+ impacted by the cancelled flight. Anyway, it was clear this would not work out well. With less than 10 hours before we needed to be at the airport, we booked a private transfer with Punta Cana Transfer. Their pricing was among the best we found, the driver arrived on time in a clean and comfortable van, the driver was very friendly and we made it to the airport on time to catch our flight home. Highly recommend.

Easy done and done same on return , they contact you to keep you posted on time for arrival and departure. Absolutely stress free. Дуже хороший трансфер від аеропорту до готелю і в зворотньому напрямку. Відразу після бронювання мені надійшло повідомлення у WhatsApp з докладною інструкцією про те, як має відбутись зустріч. Після прильоту нас очікував водій із табличкою мого імені на виході із аеропорта. Треба бути уважному, щоб не пропустити своє ім'я в натовпі зустрічаючих таксистів, які налітають на тебе, як ті бридкі мухи та пропонують свої послуги. В кінці відпочинку водій також очікував із написом мого імені біля входу на рецепцію готелю у вказаний мною час. Водії переважно не розмовляють англійською, але вам не потрібно з ними спілкуватись, адже вони вже мають інформацію про місце призначення, яке ви вказали в бронюванні. В мікроавтобусах в яких нас перевозили було прибрано і був кондиціонер. Рекомендую всім Пунта Кана трансфер.

PCT is the best! They were easy to arrange, even at the last minute. They did not try to bait and switch me at the airport. My driver met me on time with a name sign that was clearly visible. I was transported in the vehicle I requested and provided with beverages on the way. On my return transfer, I left my extra suitcase but was unable to get on my flight so I contacted them to get it back. Dispatch had the driver bring it to me at my hotel. I was very grateful that the driver was honest and did not keep my bag or throw it away. PCT is the best!!
