Great experience ! all went perfect. The airport is a chaos at arrival so for relaxing holidays you need to book a taxi in advance. Punta Cana Transfer was really great.Fair price, 5 stars service expecting you and helping you. Van was spacious an great condition. No additional surcharges (I had a boarbag on top of our 5 big luggages and all fit in the car).And great communication through Whatsapp, always available and helpfulI would never go to Punta Cana without their service

TLDR: Just use them. Worth every penny and more!Most responsive, helpful transfer company I've used in the Caribbean. Unlike the many stories you hear of not great service, this team genuinely wanted to make our vacation great.Everything. Airport pickup, hotel transfers, return, was in clean, well-maintained vehicles with friendly staff who prioritized our family's safety and comfort.When our flight was delayed 6 hours, they adjusted without issue. The ground team speaks perfect English; some drivers' English was limited, but we're in their country. One tip: if you need a car seat, remind them a few times.I've never left a review for a transfer company before, they've always been meh. Punta Cana Transfers will be part of our family vacations for years to come.

We used this transfer service from the airport to our resort and back, booked as a round trip. The company is very communicative through Whatsapp, make sure to have that set up for information regarding pickup. Our only complaint was the pickup driver from the airport did not confirm our names or destination and there was a language barrier, so we were uncertain if we had gotten into the right vehicle amid the chaos for a bit. The airport pickup location out the doors is hectic, so make sure to talk to the people asking and they will get you going to the right area, not trying to sell you on a different taxi service like we had thought initially. Our ride back was uneventful, make sure you know which terminal at the airport that your flight is leaving from (on your boarding pass or by airport company) so you can be dropped in the right place.
