The plan was to dry out all the wood and then assess the situation. Magna-Dry men arrived. Doran explained the entire procedure in such a confident manner that many of our concerns dissolved. He and his son and their crew were amazing. They professionally protected out home from the "invasion" of men and equipment. Big fans, de-humidifiers, and heated drying pads that extracted moisture were spread throughout the crawlspace and the master bathroom. This equipment operated (loudly) for almost two weeks. Doran came every day to check the progress and he always left us encouraged. There was a tangle with the insurance company. Doran told us not to worry he would contact them and clear up their confusion. He was successful in pleading our case. Magna-Dry saved us from extensive repairs. Great people all around. They showed up 10 minutes early, put a mat down at the front door so they wouldn't track in any dirt.
