Scheduled 2 appts and nobody showed up either time. All I got was a “sorry”. They could have at least offered a discount. They obviously don’t want my business. And apparently have enough business they can just blow you off

Doran was able to clean up the same day and was super helpful. I felt the communication was great, they made sure to send before and after pictures, and quoted me a very fair price. The job was done very quickly and I will be using and recommending them again. Couldn't have had a better experience!

Magna Dry was on site and began remediation within 4 hours. They moved in immediately after the plumbers left. They had the placed dried out in a few days, I was very pleased with the work they did and their continued work on repair issues.

He kept in contact with us as the repairs to our sewer line were being done. Once the repairs were done and water/sewage was flowing out of the house properly, the crew came and did a FANTASTIC job. This is the third time we’ve used MagnaDry in the last 8 years and again super satisfied. We called on a Friday and they came by Monday to clean our carpets, area rug and a large sectional. As always, they were friendly, on time, trustworthy and the result is phenomenal. I wouldn’t use any other company. Our 20yr old white carpet looks brand new every time they clean it.

I didn't know they cleaned area rugs too but was delighted to find I could drop one off after years of hard use from a toddler. It came back spotless! Quick turnaround too. Finally, they wear their masks...that means a lot to me.

We've used Magna Dry for over 20 years ,most recently we had a large area rug cleaned in the "river "and it looks amazing. Not only does Ron's team do a terrific job cleaning, their customer service goes above and beyond.

I have never had a more thorough carpet cleaning service! The technician was polite and neat, even wiping the baseboards before he left. First rate service!

When I had new flooring put in the whole downstairs of my home they picked up my 3 large carpets for cleaning and then delivered them after the project was done. They were very accommodating and carpets were so nice and clean.

Great people all around. They showed up 10 minutes early, put a mat down at the front door so they wouldn't track in any dirt. The guys were friendly, and even helped us move some furniture while they were there! Carpets looked great when done, the couches my dogs sleep on looked like new. Awesome.
