Austin was extremely professional and very courteous, respectful of our home and was able to come a little sooner. He did a great job at restoring our area rugs and also explaining how the process works and the benefits of periodically having your area rugs cleaned. It was very cost effective and well worth the money spent. When I called to schedule the appt, I cant remember the yound lady's name, but she was very kind and also explained how the process worked. I cant say anything bad about our experience and can only express our gratitude for bringing life back to the rugs. I highly recommend Magna Dry for your large area rug cleanings. We will definitely use them again for future cleanings. Thank you so much

During all these horrible Indiana storms my sump pump backed up. In addition to getting a new sump pump, fixing the water damage was high on my list of must dos. I spoke to Marci first thing in the morning and early in the day less than 12 hours after my pump failed the Magna dry guys were there with competence and assurance. I’m still in the process but I have appreciated all they have already done.

Was impressed with your guys. From first visit they told me what was needed and help me file a claim. Came in and again told me the steps they were going to do. After everything was done they put my bathroom back the way they found it.They were polite and friendly. Thank you for taking care of me.

I mark as a 5, but I won’t see the rugs unrolled until next week. I am sure they will be awesome.

We had a water leak, and Magna Dry responded quickly to dry everything out. We've continued working with them throughout the entire process of replacing our flooring, and they have been outstanding every step of the way.Doran has been fantastic to work with—knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Marci and Edgar have been wonderful as well, making the whole process much less stressful. We couldn't be happier with the service we've received and are so glad we chose Magna Dry. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of restoration services!
