Julian’s is by far the best dry cleaner in Rochester. Had an issue with them about laundry service where I specifically instructed the employee I was dropping my clothes off to that they could not be put into a dryer or they would shrink, sure enough I picked up a bag of laundry that was about 2 sizes smaller. However, I spoke to management and they told me to drop everything back off and they would personally un-shrink my clothes, or at least give it at the best possible chance. To my surprise they were able to get about 3/4 of the shrunken clothes back to a point where I can comfortably wear them. So, just know that if you do have any hiccups or issues with Julian’s you can speak to management at almost every location I believe and they will sort you out one way or another. Also, they have saved my a$$ a few times that I’ve forgotten to drop off a shirt 👔 or jacket before a wedding or formal event and they’ve been AMAZING in those situations by turning those items around in the same day, if max less than 24 hours which is tough at other cleaners. So keep up the good work! And just remember, cotton shrinks ☺️ Less
